Takara Tomy exhibited quite a few products at the Tokyo Toy Show, which Dengeki Hobby posted coverage of. There are photos of the new Synergenex museum collabs of Gabrigator and Dimepulsar, the new Hunter Wolf MPD, etc.

 Two new Synergenex kits have been announced as part of the Great Extinction Exhibition, scheduled to be held at the National Museum of Nature and Science. The venue will open on November 1st and run until February 23rd, 2026. The new kits are Redonda Gabrigator Rare Bone Ver. 2025 and Dimepulsar Rare Bone Ver. 2025. It seems 'Rare Bone' has become a label applying to these museum kits in general, with these two kits featuring particularly unique color schemes. The exhibit, which is focusing on the five mass extinction events throughout prehistory, will include displays for Dimetrodon and Redondasaurus replicas, among others, thus the choice in Wild kits.

 Some particularly cute little Zoids Shoulder Zun Figs have started appearing on various sites for pre-order. There hasn't been much in the way of official announcements, but these Shoulder Zun Figs are a popular gacha series featuring characters of various franchises in sleepy positions, leaning on one shoulder. The set will include Gojulas, Shield Liger, Death Saurer, and Iron Kong, with a full set expected to cost 1,600 yen and planned for a January 2026 release.

 We've got some better images of the Zoids Package Collection. These are small figures featuring OJR Zoids boxes, but miniaturized! They also come with an old school Zoids logo tag. Hobby Watch has more photos of this collection. The Death Saurer is 1/9 scale and the others are 1/7 scale, expected to be 300 yen each.

 We've officially cleared our first hurdle in the Zoids Battle Story journey, with the completion of Book 1! You can now find 3 additional chapters available to read, which covers the Republic's determined march to stop the Imperial invasion at its roots. Battle Story 2 is already well underway, and will be starting shortly.

 The Zoids FOR Manga Chapter 5 has received an update, with new translations courtesy of the incredibly generous Falcarius! This fixed the mistakes made by the previous machine translations, and is just such a wonderful note to end this series on. The FOR Manga is now a completed series, but that game section is certainly due for some updates in the near future~

 There's a flood of new entries added to the Zoids Index! This time around there was a focus on adding some of those peculiar variations that've crept in through magazine customs and the like, with a couple standard Zoids along the way. You might even find a couple Zoids you weren't familiar with!

 New Entries: Bear Fighter, Black Redler, Black Redler (Normal), Black Redler (Royal Guard Spec.), Climber Wolf, Diloforce, Hammer Rock, Moby Dick, Parasauros, Redler BC, Rev Raptor PB, Salamander SS, Sprat.

 The Japanese Volume 7 DVD info has been added to the Zoids Chaotic Century section! As a reminder, DVDSs are hidden on the 'series info' link in each anime's description. Though this volume included only 25 pieces of concept art, it also included a bunch of commercials. Of particular interest is the Geno Breaker commercial, which was remade recently for the Advanced Zi Geno Breaker model kit!

 A new page has been added to the Assorted category for calendars! We didn't just start with any, but are opening this section with a particularly rare calendar featuring poster-sized Zoids New Century Zero anime art. These images are a serious kick in the nostalgia for anyone browsing the web for Zoids in the early 2000s, and I highly recommend checking it out!

 This guy was announced at an event a while back, but we finally have an official announcement for the AZ-02EX2 Liger Zero Empire Spec. and man does it look gorgeous in these colors! This kit is a T-Spark / TTMall exclusive with pre-orders expected to open in September. Now, in the past, some TT Mall exclusives have appeared on the Kotobukiya US store, but I can't help but notice that this post distinctly mentions it being a domestic release, so we'll have to wait and see.

 We now have an official web page for the AZ-12 Geno Breaker, which as usual contains some lovely concept art of the kit, as well as insights into the 3D model! There's tons of additional photos to view. The kit is scheduled to release in March 2026 for 19,800 yen (tax included). Those who order through the Takara Tomy Mall before August 31st will receive five limited postcards. There's a couple of awesome videos for you to check out as well!

 On the list of new products we also have an official page for the Shield Liger Bang Special! The page includes some (frankly adorable) concept art and a ton of pictures. This kit is expected to release in March 2026 for 6,600 yen (tax included).

 At the end of the Shield Liger video, we got two new announcements, with the first being the RMZ Saber Tiger Raven Special! The first Saber to release is planned to be the Schwarz, so this will be our first 'standard' equipment Saber Tiger.

 The even more surprising second reveal was the RMZ Zabat! Zabat has gotten woefully few kits over the years, and its always been a Zoid with some interesting quirks and gimmicks. Seeing how TT will tackle a redesign of this Zoid should be interesting!

 We've got an official page for the second Hunter Wolf MPD which more or less rehashes the lore of the first, but includes lots of gorgeous photos of this Zoid. Looks like it'll have blue eyes! The original unit had yellow-green eyes.

 The Okinawa illustrations for the Popup Tour have been revealed, featuring an adorable Shield Liger + Blade Liger illustration and more character art. (Organoids in hats!) A second scene features a nice ocean hangout. The tour is starting to wrap up, but it was such a fun event to follow.

 We're getting yet another themed Zoids crate, this time based on the Zenebas Empire! For those who've missed the others, these are quite literally plastic crates. They have no contents, but are instead storage containers intended for storing your Zoids or other goods, and when not needed can be folded flat for easier storage. The crate is scheduled to release in October for 7,150 yen.

 The next couple chapters of the Zoids Battle Story have been added! With just three chapters left to go in this book, this section focuses on the Republic's massive Ultrasaurus, and the Empire's determination to overthrow the giant mech.

 Hey, who here remembers the Geno Maxi? That's right, get a small taste of extra Eisen Dragoon lore and learn about some of your favorite early 2000s concept rexes in the most recent Smack Zoids update! For this section I opted to include some of the model stuff because it provided a couple details I found interesting. I'm not sure yet if this'll be included for other updates or not, as it's usually just customization notes like this one.

 The first volume of the OJR Zoids Graphics (under Books) has been added! With this volume, I've elected to switch from the reader format to an in-page format like our other books. Originally I'd started with translated images. As novel as this idea is, the Graphics are going to continue to add in story content and materials that I'd like to be able to reference directly without having to include the entire page (such as location images, character images, etc.)

 We already provide the pamphlets in both English and Japanese as a courtesy because of how rare-expensive it is to collect them all, but having to provide it in three different formats is a bit much, especially when one of those formats dramatically increases the work time required to make an update happen. That aside, this volume delves into the beginnings of Zoids Lore, with lots of interesting art, so take a look!
