The Zoids CC anime section has been updated with Volumes 11 and 12 of the Japanese DVDs! This includes concept art for Episodes 50 ~ 59, including some interesting concepts such as the Death Stinger's pilot seat design, the Hammer Kaiser, etc.

 The Chaotic Century anime section has now been updated with Volume 9 and 10 of the Japanese DVDs (which you can now reach by clicking the series banner.) These pages include the concept art that was featured on them, covering episodes 40 ~ 49. This was a particularly fun stretch of the series, so there's lots of art to review!

 The entire character section for Zoids Chaotic Century has been redone, and should now include all characters that appeared in the show. This includes basic overviews, history, assets, what Zoids they piloted, etc. Over time these profiles will also be ported over to the Character Index, but main characters who have particularly long histories will likely have shortened versions in the main index to allow room for their other major appearances (such as manga and battle story.)

 Now, the Ultra we've all been waiting for, the Moonbay Spec. (also listed as Gravity Cannon Spec.) has received some additional details! This Zoid will unfortunately be a Takara Tomy Mall exclusive, but don't forget, state-side distributors have been getting these exclusives in recent times as well. This version of the Ultra Saurus will include the Gravity Cannon. Pre-orders are expected to open in July with a release date tentatively scheduled for late February 2027, at the same time as the standard Ultra Saurus. Hobby Japan has some additional photos.

 A discussion with the staff mentions this kit's incredible size, measuring about 721mm in length, 379mm in height (a bit taller than an HMM Gojulas), and 392mm in width. The motorized gimmicks are said to carry out the entire firing sequence, including loading the shells (with no actual projectiles, of course.)

 A color prototype of the HMM Lightning Saix / Irvine Spec. was on display at the event. The parts were partially disassembled, giving you a look at both the Irvine armor and the Saix underneath. Pre-orders expected to open in June. It was featured in a video by TT, which Figsoku has some still screenies of.

 The AZ Geno Saurer is being released as the AZ-15 Psycho Geno Saurer variant, featuring the beautiful blues and purples and custom equipment. It'll include the phantom projectors and custom Flexible Laser on the head, as well as a Rease and Specular fig in addition to the standard pilot. It's scheduled to release in late September for 16,500 Yen.

 An interview posted by Hobby Watch also discusses the development of the Psycho Geno Saurer and Liger Zero X, with some additional photos. The Psycho Geno Saurer will come with all the parts to create a blue Geno Saurer. The eyes contain blue LEDs while the rest of the LEDs remain red.

 Now this one's really out left field. Takara Tomy is collaborating with Fairy Tail Parfum, who often does anime-based collabs to make a series of Zoids themed perfumes. There's a special scent made for several of the anime characters, including Bang, Fine, Irvine, Moonbay, Raven, Schwarz, Prozen, Sieg, and Shadow. They'll be selling for 5,500 yen each. Shipping items like this can be a bit of a challenge due to shipping laws, so you may want to keep an eye on Ebay or similar sites for them. If you try to use a larger import service there's a solid chance that even if the purchase goes through, they won't be able to actually ship the product to you.

 While the Zoids Chaotic Century Pop Up Tour concluded its in-store run a while back, they decided to also do a run of products in the online store Loft. This sale has unfortunately already ended, but there were a lot of products to look at, many using the illustrations seen throughout the event printed on products such as acrylic standees. They also released a bunch of cute illustration sketches that'd been considered for the main event, but didn't quite make the cut, and these are definitely worth checking out if you appreciated the cute, wholesome art from before.

 The Zoids CC/GF anime section has been updated. Episodes 35 ~ 67 have had new screenshots added, have had notable facts added for the episodes that were missing them, and include updated character/Zoid lists. The entire Zoids section has also been revamped, with all profiles redone from scratch. This should include all variants seen in the show, unless I missed some. The main page includes both text lists (with the key/base variant of each Zoid in bold text) and an image list for easier identification. The character pages are still in the process of being redone in a similar fashion, so right now the links are broken for that section.

 A new group photo of the RMZ display at the event reveals for the very first time that RMZ is planning to also do the Command Wolf Urban Warfare Spec. from Episode 16 of Chaotic Century! (Name subject to change; the text isn't very visible.) This episode was so iconic to me when I was younger, so I'm stoked that they're making an official kit of it!

 The first promo image of the RMZ Saber Tiger Raven Spec. brings with it the announcement that pre-orders are starting in November. Even more interesting, however, is that it includes broken armor pieces for the face! In the recently-broadcasted stream we got to see that it had peeled claws, but it's awesome to know they're going the fully distance and including the damaged maw of this hateful Zoid. It also has a display at the event.

 The Chaotic Century anime section has been under some heavy renovations. ALL episodes of Chaotic Century (1 ~ 34) have now had their images replaced with Blu-ray screenshots, and no longer use the old DVD ones. They include updated character lists, notable facts, and page formatting updates. Episodes 35 ~ 40 of Guardian Force have been updated to now include notable facts, updated character lists, and have had more screenshots added in. I didn't completely redo the screencaps for the Guardian Force episodes since they already had BR screenies, so the new screenshots may not be in exact order, but they should include more good reference images now.

 One of the main purposes for this was to be able to revamp the reference pages (Zoids, characters, encyclopedia). The Zoids section is almost all broken links right now, but I'm working on getting things updated. The goal is to start completely wrapping up the individual anime sections and get anime-specific content properly ported over to the Index and Encyclopedia, but it's a lot of work, so please excuse things being broken along the way.

 Another update was posted to the Zoids CC/GF Anime section, Volume 8 of the Japanese DVDs. This includes 50+ pieces of concept art from episodes 35 ~ 39 (the start of Guardian Force), with images provided courtesy of Falcarius!

 The Japanese Volume 7 DVD info has been added to the Zoids Chaotic Century section! As a reminder, DVDSs are hidden on the 'series info' link in each anime's description. Though this volume included only 25 pieces of concept art, it also included a bunch of commercials. Of particular interest is the Geno Breaker commercial, which was remade recently for the Advanced Zi Geno Breaker model kit!

 The Okinawa illustrations for the Popup Tour have been revealed, featuring an adorable Shield Liger + Blade Liger illustration and more character art. (Organoids in hats!) A second scene features a nice ocean hangout. The tour is starting to wrap up, but it was such a fun event to follow.

 A page has been added for Volume 6 (Japanese version) of the Chaotic Century anime. The DVD info is typically found under the 'Series Information' link. This volume contains 71 unique concept arts for the episodes featured on the disc!

 Zoids Official has posted a teaser for the upcoming RMZ-013 Shield Liger Bang Ver.! We were all surprised that Shield Liger wasn't at the front of production for the RMZ line, but the wait has been well worth it, with lots of features that stand out for this particular Shieldy. First, as the teaser implies, we finally have a Shield Liger that's going to come with an Energy Shield! Though companies have toyed with this notion before, reality often didn't meet expectations, with Kotobukiya, for example, lamenting that in reality a red-pink Energy Shield just looks like a bowl of fruit punch. This style, I think, goes a long way to meeting the expectations, with sweeping action lines instead of trying to make the shape entirely anime accurate. I only wish the included stand for it was clear!

 It also comes with the expected Shield Liger weaponry, but another neat fact is that the Missile Arms use a standard 3mm peg! This is a first for the Shieldy, and means that you can attach a variety of Zoid, MSG, etc. parts to the arms for easy customization. The tail uses the anime-specific tip but also comes with an optional beam gun that has a nice, compact look to it. The face and leg armor follows the trend of opening vents as well. Pre-orders are expected to open in August.

 The Geno Saurer Raven has received its official webpage, showing off concept art and a ton of its features. The kit is scheduled to release in February 2026 for 7,700 Yen. In this version of the kit, the gun barrel effects are gold and the particle effect is purple. The armor matches the anime colors, and the kit comes with a wire for the arm to recreate the famous launching wire arm from the show. As expected, it also comes with a Raven and Shadow figure.

 The popup tour has been going strong, longer than I think anybody expected! Fukuoka (January 31st ~ February 11th) featured Moonbay and her Gustav, including them as a cute little ramen stand. Saitama (February 19th ~ March 3rd) featured the Desert Arcobaleno Gang and Storm Sworder and a nice mid-day lunch scene. Niigata (March 14th ~ March 23rd) featured Irvine and his Command Wolf and a scene of him having lunch with the Helic Republic crew. Hiroshima (April 3rd ~ April 16th) features a lovely autumn scene with Raven, Rease, and their Organoids and Zoids, as well as the Geno Breaker along with a lunch scene. At this venue they've also launched a new diorama addition, featuring the Blade Liger being fired out of the Gravity Cannon! They still plan to hold venues at Hokkaido, with even more beyond that! With all the custom illustrations these tours have been an absolute delight.

 The 25th Anniversary is in full swing, with a popup tour currently ongoing! There's also a dedicated page for a special talk show coming on September 14th. The event will include live dubbing by the main cast, behind-the-scenes stories, and more. Attendees will receive an original tote bag and two Wixoss x Zoids collaboration cards. They also held a poll to see which episode people wanted to see shown at the talk show.

 Aside from the talk show there's also the popup tour. There's a huge list of goods being sold at the event shop and other displays at the venue including production art, character billboards, and more. In addition, the show started streaming (on Japanese streaming services) on the 15th of August. You can get a look at a lot of the event goods and such from this helpful Famitsu article. Pictures of the venue show off some amazing anime scene dioramas, including the Episode 33 scene of the Blade Liger Vs. Geno Saurer, the episode 34 defeat of the Death Saurer, the episode 41 battle between Schwarz's Iron Kong and Thomas' Dibison, and the triumphant episode 48 scene where the Lightning Saix finally throws off its armor!
