After all of the destruction that has been caused by Hiltz, Rease, and Raven, the armies are working together to find a common connection. They've organized files on each of the individuals involved, where they've surfaced, and what their capabilities seem to be.
The lack of a serious connection between the three prompts the conclusion that there is another power controlling them.
This episode is what you'd call a clip show. It has very little original content, thus the few screen caps. Almost all of it is made up of clips from earlier episodes, and narration. Only pilots/Zoids in the original content are being noted.

The Helcat group working for Hiltz were in the Gigant Woods ruins. The Gun Snipers that confronted Van were at the Blue Valley Base. The ruins where Rease first showed up with her Double Sworder were called Saint Konk. The weapons plant where she took control of Schwarz was the Holsiard Weapons Plant.
It's noted that all Organoids are capable of creating some form of evolution.
The insects that Rease controls are ancient insects, considered ancestors of the Double Sworder and Saicurtis. They were assumed extinct.
When Ambient fuses to the core, he stimulates the Zoid Core and causes massive change to any Zoid he merges with. This creates an evolution that immediately brings the Zoid up to its greatest potential.
Specular also brings out the Zoid's greatest potential. In her case, this seems to mean increasing the Zoid's size.
The Geno Breaker is considered more powerful than the standard Death Saurer.
Shadow is able to fuse to the Geno Breaker for an average of 180 seconds.
The Blade Liger's Electronic Pulse Shield is three times more powerful than conventional shields.
The Blade Liger is said to be 5x faster with the Attack Boosters, but this is surely a mistake. While officially, the Blade Liger AB is only 25 km/h faster than the standard Blade Liger, following the anime's guidelines would place the Blade Liger at a whopping 1,525 km/h. This has terrifying implications, both for the Zoid and the miserably unprepared pilot.
The Dibison's Megalo Max has the same sheer power as the Charged Particle Cannon.
In the anime, the Lightning Saix was built specifically for fighting the Geno Breaker. It's a completely custom machine, and one of the fastest over created. It's so difficult to pilot that it was once thought to be unmanageable. Although Irvine fights the assumptions of being considerd a member of the Guardian Force, Moonbay implies that it's expected of him, after the Empire gave him their state-of-the-art Zoid.
The Stealth Viper smoke used in the beginning of Guardian Force is said to be jamming mist, not just basic smoke.
