- Episode 10: The Mountain of Dreams

Van has gotten a lead that a scientist up in the mountains may know about the Zoid Eve. Eager to find answers, Van, Fiona, and Irvine set off into the mountains to find out if this is true. They encounter a cabin that has been frozen solid, and the scientist frozen inside.
After he thaws out, they wake up only to find that Dr. D has stolen Irvine's Command Wolf! After a prompt joyride, he refuses to talk about the Zoid Eve, claiming that his memory is foggy. If they don't want him to 'forget', they're blackmailed to do a number of chores for the old man. Everything from cooking, to fixing the house, chopping wood, and even leading them into danger.
Soon after, they meet his grandson, and realize that he had been trying to create snow for many years. Dr. D's home is destroyed by a Guysack that followed him home from an equipment base, and when he gives up his dream, Irvine leaves to gather all the parts needed for his Snow Rocket. Although the experiment appears to be a failure, the episode closes with a large snow storm in an otherwise warm climate.
