Character Summaries:
    Welding is a low-ranking member of the Desert Alcabalino Gang. Along with Jarro, he seems to be obediant, and thus a bit more respected compared to the rest of the members. At least by Viola.

    In the second episode, Welding expresses an interested in Maria. He even goes so far as to kidnap her, and specifies that he'd burn the entire village to the ground just to cover their tracks. It's not that hard to assume that he's a bit of a womanizer.

- Talents and Assets

Electric Whip: Welding is the user of an electrical whip weapon. While the whip is presumably used against humans, Welding has shown no qualms with using it against humans. He also does not take the safety precautions of wearing gloves to use it. It also requires him to carry a massive pack on his back to generate electrical currents.
