A new trailer has dropped for Zoids Wild: Blast Unleashed! You can view the trailer below, posted by Outright Games over on Youtube. The game comes out October 16th, 2020, for Nintendo Switch.

 We only have a few of these this week. First is a concept art for Kai's Z-Arm from Zoids Wild 2 (along with some teaser pages), posted over on Moritya's Twitter. Then a beautiful high-quality Gilraptor render, and finally concept art of Joshua Conrad's notebook.

 BCH has gotten a new commercial! Aside from that, the twitter account has posted large images for the Fangtiger Empire Ace Ver. and Rising Liger LBC.

 Zoids Official posted a look at the full image of the new Liger, which appeared in CoroCoro. The scale of the Gilraptor being crushed in its jaws implies that the upcoming series will be returning to 1/72 scale, or very close to it.

 A secondary video was posted to TakaraTomy's Youtube Channel. This discusses the game in a little more detail, but also reveals our first good look at Rising Liger: Infinity Blue Version! This is a full kit that'll come with the special edition of the game, not just an armor. It features metallic blue armor, a metallic bone structure, and bright silver parts.

- ZW Long Range Buster Cannon!

 The above video also brought up a Zoids Wild series remake of the Long Range Buster Cannon! Featured in the recent episodes of Zoids Wild Zero, this weapon is a remake of the classic "Gojulas" cannons. It has standard pegs so that it can be equipped to various Zoids Wild kits. Details for how to obtain it will be released at a later date.

 Another series, Zo-Zo-Zo-Zombie-Kun has recently received a new toy series! In celebration CoroCoro Online did a collaboration article. A survival guide for how to deal with Zombie Zoids! In this article, the zombie-Zoid dubbed ZZ, created from a Beast Liger, rampages throughout a base! Since this is just a fun little one-off we decided to go ahead and include a rough google translation of it over in the books section.

 CoroCoro posted an exciting article revealing the new liger. The article is vague but gives us an awesome look at its face.

 It's finally time to unveil the fourth generation of the protagonist Liger machines of Zoids Wild!

 However, something is wrong. This is different from the successive ligers who've fought for peace, with a confusing figure and atmosphere... Is this Liger an enemy!!!?

 The information known at this time will be published in the September issue of CoroCoro!

 We have a few videos for Zero Grizis, including this Twitter Video showing off a small mock battle between the Grizis and a... rather unlucky group of Kill Scythes. There's also a Build Video on CoroCoro Next, and a Diorama Video featuring Grizis and Grizis Dark Form. This video also shows off the customized examples shown in CoroCoro, which used purple-silver spraypainted weapons. These weapons are similar to the Purple Version weapons being released for the next campaign!

 Grizis is making the rounds, with a remodeling example posted in CoroCoro Comic and a brand new commercial that shows off this Zoid's Zero Blast, Zi End! The Zero Blast effects look great, and the commercial has some interesting implications. We'll see if the anime matches up!

 Zoids Wild has shown up on Netflix's "Coming Soon" page, slotting the show for a Friday (August 14th) release. This seems like a wide-ranging release, with confirmations that it'll be on Netflix in the US, Australia, Canada, UK, and more. Many people have noticed it lists the Japanese VAs, but Netflix lists them even if the show is a dub. So we'll see this Friday what version of the show it is! It's also listed as "Season 1" and we don't yet know how many episodes will be within that first season. There's a lot of speculation about what this means for the series, but it's worth waiting to find out! If you haven't checked out Wild already, consider giving it a try now. We highly recommend new viewers to at least check out Episode 13, which has one of the best battles in the series.

 Zoids Wild: Battle Card Hunter has updated its site with the new installment! There's a lot of cool cards and variants to see here, and since the last set has finished, you can view its story cards here. On August 5th they also released two Jushin Thunder Liger cards, as a collaboration with the pro wrestler, Jushin Thunder Liger. We've also got some large images for the Omega Rex Breaker story card, Gabrigator Agito, Zero Phantoth and Geno Breaker, and Drei Panther!

 We have some new Zoids Wild Zero Concepts! There's Joshua Conrad, Volkoff, Dennis Nielson, the Republican / Imperial Winter Clothes, and Dennis Nielson (Straitjacket). There's also a short version of the new ending posted to Youtube.

 CoroCoro has also announced the Zero Grizis to be the basis for their next CoroCoro 100 Limited, the Zero Grizis Dark Form! As usual, there'll only be 100 copies of this kit released through the CoroCoro Silver Peel campaign. There are so many recolored parts to this Zoid that it may well be an entirely new kit instead of the typical parts swap. We will see when they start hitting Yahoo Japan! In the mean time, Zoids Official has posted two new images of this monster.

 A new campaign has started in Japan. Starting on August 8th, fans who purchase 3,000 yen or more worth of Zoids Wild items at participating stores will receive the A-Z Laser Gun (top left) and A-Z Impact Laser Gun (top right), which can be combined together to create the A-Z Long Range Laser Gun Metallic Purple Version (bottom). This is our first purple weapon, and the images look like they have photoshopped colors, so we'll have to wait and see what the final version looks like. Either way, it's neat to have new colors for Zoids Wild's combinable weapons!

 CoroCoro posted the cover for their August issue, which shows a tiny image of a new Zero Grizis! This suspiciously Death-Saurer colored Zoid is listed as their next CoroCoro 100, meaning they'll only be releasing 100 of them, likely through silver peels.

 Game company "Outright Games" has announced their plans to localize the Nintendo Switch game, "Zoids Wild: King of Blast" as "Zoids Wild: Blast Unleashed"! This is exciting news, and they've already posted trailers for localization in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, and North America.

 It's also worth noting that most of these localization trailers included branding by Hasbro. The logo seen for the game is also the same as the original Hasbro announcement at Mipcon (right). That initial release showed a promo image of the Wild Liger and our first look at the new logo, and the same style of artwork was seen later in the leaked box arts that were circulating the web late last year (center). All in all, it's an exciting time for western Zoids fans! Here's hoping we hear some info on the kits or western dub later.

 Zero Grizis has received a huge amount of coverage since our last update! The kit is releasing in August 8th, for 8500 yen. It was originally estimated for July 18th, but this has been pushed back. The Zoid will be an XL size kit, with LEDs and lots of moving parts. The TakaraTomy Twitter posted a size comparison next to Omega Rex as well as Kuwaganos, Genospino, and Rising Liger. They also posted the Zero Blast!

Description:
 A mysterious super-giant Zoid that appeared suddenly, destroying the underground temple area. It shares a characteristic structure with Zero Phantoth, with its armour integrated with its bones and its blood vessel-like reactor lines exposed. It has guns sprouting from its entire body, hands that can manipulate gravity, Mind Horns that generate powerful electromagnetic waves which can control other Zoids, a Zoid Factor absorption device in its mouth, a Grizis Core in its body and so on, and seems to have extremely high combat abilities, but there are still many mysteries about it.

 It was buried deep within an underground temple, and many Zero Phantoths were buried above it as if to protect it, so mankind never detected it at all. No others of the same species have yet been discovered, so it is a unique, enigmatic being.

 Zoids Wild 2 is releasing its second manga volume on June 26th! This manga has an excellent style, so I highly recommend picking it up. You can get a copy at Amazon Japan for 670 yen (about $6). Amazon JP requires a separate account from your US amazon account, but you can pay with your normal cards. Some chapter previews were posted over on twitter showing off the more recent chapter art, including the Zero Grizis.

 TakaraTomyToys has posted some initial product photos for the giganotosaurus-type Zoid, the ZW44 Zero Grizis! This thing looks to be a moster with bulky proportions. In a reply they also posted the old box art for the Gojulas!
