A courier and Leo's business partner. He has an easy-going personality and while he's not a bad person, he sometimes clashes with Leo because he prioritizes making money.

Because of his profession he's a multi-faceted person, good at negotiations, and thanks to his quick wits he can sometimes get through military checkpoints.

For Leo, who tends to be a bit of a dreamer, the more realistic Buzz acts as a good older brother figure.

He repaired and drives a large car from the 21st century as his means of transportation.

- Ship

Buzz had a transport ship, which they used up until Episode 3. However, this ship was lost when they had to flee Imperial territory. After escaping, Clive Dias of the Republican Army gifted them a second ship to use for their travels.

- The Mightiest Jeep Ever

Rather than piloting a Zoid, Buzz drives a jeep-like vehicle that he repaired himself. It's his key method of transportation, and hauls a shocking amount of weight. Using the above image as an example, Raptoria alone weighs 19,400 pounds, and the trailer an additional 44,000 pounds. That's not counting the 10 or so Jaminga being transported inside of the container, or the container itself.

History

Setting Out, Leaving The Business

Prior to the series Buzz worked as a courier alongside Leo, and due to his experience in the field, he'd actually made some connections within the Empire, allowing him to pass to and from the territories without quite as much trouble. However, when he and Leo met Sally and learned of her grandfather's quest to save the world from total ruin, the two of them agreed to accompany her in her search to find her grandfather again.

Rescuing the Wild Liger, Episode 7

When Leo's Liger was thrown into a canyon at the end of a battle, it was found and claimed by the Empire. Leo himself had been rescued, but they needed a plan. Buzz unleashed some captured Jaminga right in front of the base gate, allowing them time to sneak in. While Aysel set off a diversion to distract the higher ups, they repaired then stole the Liger back.
