- Explaining Zoid Stats

There are a number of Zoid stats, but they're all pretty straight forward. You should be able to guess them just from the name, but we'll go over them in detail anyway.

Cost: The weight capacity of a Zoid. The weapons 'cost' must not add up to more than this number.

HP: The total health of your Zoid. When this runs out, you die and respawn at the headquarters.

EN: Some weapons use energy instead of bullets, and this relies on your Zoids total EN.

Attack: This stat adds onto the damage of your weapons, so high stats means much stronger power.

Defense: Defense is excellent for dampening damage from enemy weapons.

Speed: The limited scope of how fast your Zoid can move across the battlefield.

Range: Weapons have a range for how far the bullet fires, but a Zoid's range determines how far within that field the Zoid can lock on. So if it has a range of 50, it may only be able to lock onto Zoids at half of the weapon's range. If it has 110 range, it'll lock on to just past the distance that the bullet can fire.

- Zoid Roles

A Zoid's role determines its role in battle. Each of these roles gains specific combat benefits, some of which are quite powerful, and it enables Zoids to excel in the field that best suits them. This doesn't necessarily mean that a role should always determine how a Zoid acts, and to deviate from them for more important actions is perfectly reasonable. However, should you want the advantage, it's there for you to use.

    Commanders:
Effect: Increase the HP and attack power of nearby small Zoids
Advice: Commanders give buffs to their small zoids, allowing them to outlast those of the enemy. To get the most out of this role, you should also have a red weapon equipped for dispatching enemy small Zoids before they reach your own. This will allow you to do heavy damage to enemy bases. You're not a fighter, so it's also advised to have all shelling weaponry to do damage to bases whenever you can.

    Commander Zoids:
     - Command Wolf ** Once upgraded, has incredibly long range. Otherwise weak.
     - Dark Horn ** Excellent defense, but slow and vulnerable.
     - Elephander **** Extremely good base attack strength, decent stats overall.
     - Iron Kong *** Good upgrade potential with moderate strength.
     - Shadow Fox *** Better than the Command Wolf in some ways, but another lightweight commander.

    Destroyer:
Effect: Increases your attack power against enemy Zoids
Advice: Destroyers are the most active role in the game, inclined to engaging enemies at any given opportunity. Their primary role is to interfere with enemies who immediately flood to the base at the start of battle. If you're in a fast Zoid, stick to the outskirts of the enemy group to avoid gunfire and slowly pick at them. The longer they're focused on you, the less they're attacking the base, but don't be foolish. If you take unnecessary risks you're only giving them a free kill.

If you're a slow destroyer, stay inside the base, using it as a shield while you fire at the enemies. Don't be caught in the base when it falls, though. As soon as it's about to hit the red, return to headquarters or head over to your next base.

Also don't get too caught up in this role. A common mistake that the entire team can make is focusing too much on enemy interference, while only one or two Zoids attack the bases. In this scenario, your bases will almost always fall first, giving the enemy team a huge advantage. So don't be afraid to abandon the PVP role to attack bases yourself.

    Destroyer Zoids:
     - Blade Liger *** Good stats, but just doesn't compare to the Zero. Blade Attack has a good Area of Effect.
     - Geno Breaker *** Decently strong stats, particle cannon can fire through obstacles.
     - Geno Saurer *** Very weak in close range, but Pulse Four can target 4 Zoids. Great for base defense.
     - Gun Blaster **** Its annon is amazingly effective on all targets, but its slow speed makes it vulnerable.
     - Liger Zero ***** Insanely overpowered, with top speed and nearly top stats in all fields after upgrading.
     - Saber Tiger *** Its speed makes it viable, but its stats otherwise fall behind other fast Destroyers.

    Fighter:
Effect: Increases your attack power against enemy small zoids
Advice: Fighters are in a strange spot where, frankly, they're just not necessary. The power of destroyers allows them to easily dispatch small Zoids with gatling guns. The only benefit of a fighter in today's battlefield is that they can kill Small Zoids in fewer shots, sometimes. As a fighter your best bet is to equip yourself to destroy small Zoids or just damage the enemy base outright. Shield Ligers can be exceptionally useful with their Energy Shield providing invincibility for attacking Zoids of any kind, enemy bases, making headquarter rushes, etc.

    Fighter Zoids:
     - Berserk Fürher ***** Good stats. CPC fires through obstacles, has great damage + guaranteed knockdown
     - Dibison *** Decent, good stats. Highest range after upgrading, and insane range on its special red weapons.
     - Iron Kong PK *** Good overall stats and speed but often loses against destroyers.
     - Lightning Saix *** Lightweight, but too fast to kill easily. Its weapon has the highest damage in the game.
     - Shield Liger ***** Its E-Shield invincibility is invaluable, but it's easy to destroy, so must be played carefully.
     - Zeek Dober *** Weak-ish, but fast, and Hellblazer kills Small Zoids in 1 hit + Guaranteed Knockdown.

    Supporter:
Effect: Increases the HP and Defense of nearby ally Player Zoids. Able to use Repair Units.
Advice: Supporters are a unique Zoid who each have their own very unique effects. The best role of a supporter is to stay near allies, giving them a buff (visible by the glow around them). It's best to stay near the back of the back, you don't want to be hit, since you're giving all nearby allies an advantage as long as you're close.

Supporters also have the unique benefit of being able to use Repair Units, which typically heal 300 HP at a time (or 400 for the Gordos.) This can be excellent after enemies have been run off to fix your allies up without them having to return to the headquarters. Be careful though, your Zoid is stationary during this process, and open for attack. So don't use it around multiple enemy Zoids or while you're near the front of the group.

It's important to make use of your supporters unique weapons, as well. The Gordos is by far the best supporter, with the strongest recovery unit and two special side weapons that are effectively both Long Range rifles, able to target two Zoids at once.

    Supporter Zoids:
     - Dimetrodon ** Weak, slow. Radar has low damage, guarantees knockdown and temporarily disrupts mini map.
     - Gordos ***** Best healing and special weapons are basically 2-targeting rifles. Non-stop firing ability.
     - König Wolf *** Good attack for fighting, and its Electric Fanger paralyzes enemies for a couple seconds.
     - Mammoth **** Hard to destroy, high defense, and excellent for attacking enemy bases.
     - Red Horn *** Can be upgraded to decent stats, but there are just better supporters out there.
