- Introduction

 Ebenei Air Base is a base located in the Guylos Empire, depicted in the Zoids anime. It was once fairly small, possessing just a couple of Redlers, but received massive benefits by working for Regent Prozen with the intentions of furthering his ideals. The base is iconic for its Eisenbeck Unit, consisting of Black Redlers.

- History

Destruction, Episode 29

Ebenei Air Base was the site of some combat tests, pitting the grit of the Black Redler unit against Karl Schwarz's specialized Saber Tiger. Soon after the tests the so-called 'imposter' Rudolph was discovered in the area, and the Eisenbeck Unit was scrambled to deal with him. When Schwarz realized it was, in fact, the real Rudolph, he tried to address him only for the communications to be silenced by Ralph. Karl was apprehended by the guards, but managed to break free and activate the base's self destruct sequence. Though it was able to be evacuated, the base itself was destroyed.

Introduction

 The Eisenbeck Unit is a powerful air force unit of the Guylos Empire, consisting of at least 40 Black Redlers. The unit operates directly under the command of Regent Prozen, for the purpose of destroying rebel forces.

History

Test Battle, Episode 29

The Eisenbeck Unit participated in combat tests against Karl Schwarz's Saber Tiger SS. They found the agile land Zoid a challenge to keep up with, especially when paired with a skilled pilot. Mueller took a direct hit during the test battle, but Ralph was able to land one against the Saber Tiger SS immediately after, ending the test.


Active Combat, Episode 29

When the base detected Bang's Blade Liger they scrambled the Eisenbeck Unit to handle the threat. Prince Rudolph hailed the base, asking for them to stand down. He was recognized by Karl Schwarz, but Ralph, not wanting to lose the massive benefits he'd received for working loyally under Prozen silenced the communication. He stated that Prozen was their true ruler now regardless of whether or not Rudolph was the real one. The Black Redlers continued their attack, and nearly shot down Sieg. Just as the Blade Liger was cornered, unable to run unless Bang wanted to abandon his injured Organoid the squadron was attacked by the Republic's new state-of-the-art Storm Sworders. Rosso and Viola, previously thought dead had arrived on the battlefield to save the crowned prince, and shot down enough Redlers for Bang's Blade Liger to escape the reach of Ebenei Air Base.


Theft of the Storm Sworder Stealth, 45

The specifics of what happened to the Eisenbeck Unit are rather vague, but when Ralph and Mueller started working for Hiltz and stole the Storm Sworder Stealth units, Ralph explained that 'rebel forces' had taken their territory. This likely refers to those who fought to overthrow Prozen's conspiracy. Now under Hiltz's command, Ralph and a large number of the Eisenbeck Redlers attacked Dragonhead Base. However, as soon as they'd acquired the Storm Sworder Stealth units, Ralph had Mueller cut down their loyal followers, ensuring that they couldn't follow and provide an easier target for the Republic to track.
