Goodsmile has posted a blog going over some more photos of their upcoming Hagane Works Blade Liger, scheduled to release in November for 27,900 yen. While the release date is a ways off, the pre-order date is only until September 2nd, so if you were planning to pick up this kit, make sure you submit your pre-order by then! We have this kit linked down in our pre-order table at the bottom of the home page, to AmazonJP which seems to have the best price so far. I am not sure if the deadline applies to other sites like AmazonJP.

 We only have a few of these this week. First is a concept art for Kai's Z-Arm from Zoids Wild 2 (along with some teaser pages), posted over on Moritya's Twitter. Then a beautiful high-quality Gilraptor render, and finally concept art of Joshua Conrad's notebook.

 BCH has gotten a new commercial! Aside from that, the twitter account has posted large images for the Fangtiger Empire Ace Ver. and Rising Liger LBC.

 Zoids Official posted a look at the full image of the new Liger, which appeared in CoroCoro. The scale of the Gilraptor being crushed in its jaws implies that the upcoming series will be returning to 1/72 scale, or very close to it.

 The trailer for Zoids Wild: Infinity Blast just dropped, and has some amazing animation! You can watch it below. The trailer shows off many examples of customization, combat, and cinematic moves.

 A secondary video was posted to TakaraTomy's Youtube Channel. This discusses the game in a little more detail, but also reveals our first good look at Rising Liger: Infinity Blue Version! This is a full kit that'll come with the special edition of the game, not just an armor. It features metallic blue armor, a metallic bone structure, and bright silver parts.

- ZW Long Range Buster Cannon!

 The above video also brought up a Zoids Wild series remake of the Long Range Buster Cannon! Featured in the recent episodes of Zoids Wild Zero, this weapon is a remake of the classic "Gojulas" cannons. It has standard pegs so that it can be equipped to various Zoids Wild kits. Details for how to obtain it will be released at a later date.

 CoroCoro posted an exciting article revealing the new liger. The article is vague but gives us an awesome look at its face.

 It's finally time to unveil the fourth generation of the protagonist Liger machines of Zoids Wild!

 However, something is wrong. This is different from the successive ligers who've fought for peace, with a confusing figure and atmosphere... Is this Liger an enemy!!!?

 The information known at this time will be published in the September issue of CoroCoro!

 Kotobukiya announced that the next Stand River Battle will be held online, and livestreamed on youtube! This comes with a ton of exciting announcements, and will take place on October 3rd, 2020, streamed live to Youtube at 13:00! Aside from a live assembly of the HMM Wild Liger, we'll also be seeing announcements of new MPV versions of Zoids. Even more exciting, prototypes for the HMM Gilraptor, HMM Fangtiger, and HMM Rev Raptor will be shown for the very first time! These are Zoids that have previously only been shown off as illustrations. If that weren't enough, they're planning to announce another brand new HMM Zoid during the live broadcast!

 What is Stand River? It's an event held in Japan, where typically people bring in customs that they align with the Empire or the Republic, and set them up on the appropriate tables. Each Zoid is judged for a certain number of points, and at the end of the event, the side with the most points wins! However, since they are holding the event virtually in respect for the ongoing pandemic, there are no participation prizes or rewards for entering. Still, it will be exciting to see!

 Kotobukiya has a page discussing the details of the event. This will likely still be limited to residents of Japan, but we're posting the details for archiving purposes.

 - Submission date is September 1st, 2020 ~ September 13th, 11:59 PM. The results will be announced on Oct 3rd.
 Participation Regulations:
 - The completed custom must be based on an HMM Zoid.
 - It must be a 1/72 scale piece.
 - Works such as Zoids Girls and other military-model based works, such as AFVs or other copyrighted works are prohibited.
 - You can only enter a single Zoid, and only to one side. You cannot participate in both armies.
 - You can only use HMM Zoids, TT Zoids Products (including older Tomy products), MSG goods, or unlicensed / scratch built materials. The decals must also be based on this content. Basically, it must be appropriate to the series and not step on any trademark toes.
 - Works that infringe on other intellectual properties won't be permitted. Although this is unlikely to cause problems, any consequences of evading this rule will be carried out at the expense of the person who entered the work.
 - They also reserve the right to disqualify entries that: Violate public order and morals, have visible personal information that can be read, slander a specific person or group, imitate or plagiarize, or works that do not fit the purpose of the contest.

 We have a few videos for Zero Grizis, including this Twitter Video showing off a small mock battle between the Grizis and a... rather unlucky group of Kill Scythes. There's also a Build Video on CoroCoro Next, and a Diorama Video featuring Grizis and Grizis Dark Form. This video also shows off the customized examples shown in CoroCoro, which used purple-silver spraypainted weapons. These weapons are similar to the Purple Version weapons being released for the next campaign!

 Grizis is making the rounds, with a remodeling example posted in CoroCoro Comic and a brand new commercial that shows off this Zoid's Zero Blast, Zi End! The Zero Blast effects look great, and the commercial has some interesting implications. We'll see if the anime matches up!

 Kotobukiya posted a blog entry on the HMM Dibison Marking Plus Version. It goes over a lot of nice photos, including what a Dibison might look like with Gojulas Cannons!

 The Art of HMM scored the highest illustrated book sales on Amazon Japan! Since our last update they've posted a few different images, including Gojulas the Ogre, Storm Sworder, and the Limited Cover. It looks like the Koto Direct limited cover will be the box art for the HMM Geno Saurer Raven Spec. while the default (publicly available) cover will be the Blade Liger AB Bang Spec. As a general reminder the book releases on September 17th for 3300 yen.

 A blog post over on Ameba showed off some additional photos of the Hagane Works Blade Liger, including some comparison shots of it next to a figure from another series. We also saw a brief twitter video exhibiting its click joints.

 The September Issue of CoroCoro included a promo code for a demo of the upcoming Nintendo Switch game, Zoids Wild: Infinity Blast! This code has already been leaked into the wild, and we've got some early looks at the game! First, a special edition of the game will be released in late November for 6570 yen, and include a Rising Liger Infinity Blue full model kit, sporting metallic blue armor. In other news, Zoids Wild: Blast Unleashed, the English patch

 The demo released through the play store (via code D3GM-3304-448B-Y0SB) includes 6 starting Zoids: Beast Liger, Cannon Bull, Gabrigator, Gannontoise, Gilraptor, and Scorpear. The game sports a roster of 24 additional Zoids, locked out as silhouettes. There's a wide array of customization options, including different weapons and changing different parts of the Zoid to different colors (with roughly 5 shades for each color). The game carries on King of Blast's lovely loading screens (courtesy of Spooks), which look great! There are plans to have a tournament held via youtube in the autumn.

 Now, let's move on to speculation! The game is confirmed to include some old Zoids, including the Blade Liger and Geno Breaker. The silhouettes imply even more. Please note, this is NOT a confirmed list! From the silhouettes, we're guessing it also includes: Fang Tiger, Fang Tiger Kai (?), Rising Liger (?), Drei Panther (?), two variants of Command Wolf, Blade Liger, Gusock, Hunter Wolf, Wild Liger, Grachiosaurus, Triceradogos, Sonic Bird, Knuckle Kong, Stegosage, Dimepulsar, Death Rex, Genospino, Gilraptor, Geno Breaker, Iron Kong, Death Stinger, Zero Grizis, and possibly even Ultrasaurus (though this one is harder to guess). The roster is a huge improvement over the previous game, and we're likely to see DLC later on!

 In other news, Zoids Wild: Blast Unleashed, the English port of Zoids Wild: King of Blast coming to international stores has been announced to include the DLC that was released for the Japanese version of the game!

 Zoids Wild has shown up on Netflix's "Coming Soon" page, slotting the show for a Friday (August 14th) release. This seems like a wide-ranging release, with confirmations that it'll be on Netflix in the US, Australia, Canada, UK, and more. Many people have noticed it lists the Japanese VAs, but Netflix lists them even if the show is a dub. So we'll see this Friday what version of the show it is! It's also listed as "Season 1" and we don't yet know how many episodes will be within that first season. There's a lot of speculation about what this means for the series, but it's worth waiting to find out! If you haven't checked out Wild already, consider giving it a try now. We highly recommend new viewers to at least check out Episode 13, which has one of the best battles in the series.

 Zoids Wild: Battle Card Hunter has updated its site with the new installment! There's a lot of cool cards and variants to see here, and since the last set has finished, you can view its story cards here. On August 5th they also released two Jushin Thunder Liger cards, as a collaboration with the pro wrestler, Jushin Thunder Liger. We've also got some large images for the Omega Rex Breaker story card, Gabrigator Agito, Zero Phantoth and Geno Breaker, and Drei Panther!

 The next Excavation Event has been posted! This time featuring Sonic Bird Sapphire (150 to be released) and the Dash Breaker Unit Blue Clear Ver. (1000 to be released). This is their fourth raffle campaign, with cards / tickets obtainable through playing the Battle Card Hunter arcade machines in Japan.

 We have some new Zoids Wild Zero Concepts! There's Joshua Conrad, Volkoff, Dennis Nielson, the Republican / Imperial Winter Clothes, and Dennis Nielson (Straitjacket). There's also a short version of the new ending posted to Youtube.

 A twitter blog known as "After 10 Years" has recently been posting a slew of old Zoids Commercials, including some that aren't so common. Many of us didn't get to see these commercials back in the day, so consider giving it a look! Gairyuki, Seismosaurus, Gungyalado, Orudios, Gilvader, Gunbluster, Deadborder, BLOX, Gojulas Giga, and King Gojulas!

 We have news on the Good Smile Company's Hagane Works Blade Liger! The kit will be released in November 2020, for 25,364 yen. The product weighs approximately 630 grams (before packaging) and has a total length of about 370mm. Surprisingly, it comes with the Attack Boosters already included! And there's no mention of pre-order or store-exclusive items, meaning you can pick your store of choice.

 To brush up on older details, Hagane Works is a relatively new line from Good Smile that focuses on part plastic (ABS), part diecast metal (zinc alloy) figures. The product line spans multiple series, so we may or may not see more Zoids. This could easily be a one-off. The figure is 1/72 scale, and will come fully painted. It'll also include 2 generic soldier pilots, with a double-seater cockpit. Since this product uses ABS plastic, please avoid pour-type pens for detailing, as they've been known to damage ABS plastic.

 This kit is still hitting stores for pre-order, and can only be pre-ordered until September 1st. This is because the product is being created-to-order, meaning they are basing the number of figures produced on the number of pre-orders received. So make sure that you can afford it before placing your order, as after that, you may not be able to cancel it! You can probably find it at your store of choice. Amazon JP seems to be the leader in best price Vs. shipping ratio right now, averaging just below retail after shipping.
