Summary

             

 Herman and his men have discovered that the mysterious icebergs floating towards New Helic City are actually mobile transports for the Imperial Army, but before they can deliver the news a silent jamming snow falls over the region, blocking all communication. It's a race to New Helic City to warn its people before it's too late!
