- Episode 16: New Helic City
Summary
After rescuing an imperial soldier who was about to be lynched buy the civilians of New Helic City, Bang and the others are suspected of being imperial spies. They flee through the sewers, making their way to the research institute (courtesy of Dr. D's guidance) that they'd heard so much about. However, while they're there, the city is attacked by the very same soldier that Bang had let free, and he must now try to reconcile his choices with the destruction it wrought.

- Notable Facts
New Helic City is home to the National Ancient Studies Research Institute.
This institute includes extinct animals including some form of paradactyl and dunkleosteus.
Unfortunately for Organoids everywhere, it seems those that find their way into this research institute are destined to be dissected and studied, in spite of their very-much-a-living-thing status while even seeming to have human intelligence. At least, the not-so-nice soldier said so, so take with a slight grain of salt. Thankfully Louise was able to confirm their identity before this could happen to Sieg either way.
Rob Hermann is the son of President Louise Teresa Camford.
Dr. D has evidently known Louise since she was a baby.
Though Louise begs Dr. D to return to service for the Republic, he insists at this point in the series that he's done with wars.
The Power Reinforced Command Wolf is statd to be one of their most advanced Zoids.
In the dub, it says that the Command Wolf is heading towards "Satsu." In the Japanese version, it just says that it's leaving the city.

Comments: There'll be more of Dr. D's perverted nonsense in the future. Pointing guns at the screen (and children), too.
