Summary

             

 Our group is confused when, pursued by the Imperial Army, all of their attackers suddenly turn and abandon the chase. They soon come to realize that they're entering into a valley affected by the Rare Hertz, a mysterious signal that sends Zoids violently out of control. They decide to push their luck and wander deeper into the valley, relying on the pulse guard of their Zoids to make it through, only to realize that Sieg doesn't have one...

- Notable Facts

  • The Rare Hertz is a mysterious pulse that messes with a Zoid's control system. Affected Zoids often develop violent tendencies and run wild, with early symptoms often including things like the sights being out of alignment. Though it's impossible to avoid the signal, as it moves in an unpredictable manner with no way of knowing when or where it'll appear next, many Zoids have a pulse guard that will protect against it for at least a period of time. However, the uncertainty of the pilots implies that this Pulse Guard is not a permanent solution, and will only buy you some time.

  • Irvine's Command Wolf has a towing wench built into its front right paw cap.

     Comments: This scene was removed because of blood (almost every instance of blood is removed from the show. Almost.) but the symbolism was really sweet, and I was sad to see it go.
