Introduction
Homalev is a high-ranking official in the Imperial Army and often is seen accompanying Emperor Rudolph. He was the start of the resistance within the Empire that fought against Prozen's false rule.

First Appearance, Episode 22
When Homalev first showed up he was concerned about the coronation, which needed to happen soon if the Empire was to remain stable. Prozen assured him that they were doing everything they could to find the crowned prince.
Takeover, Episode 26
Homalev was present when Prozen announced that Rudolph had sadly not made it back, and that as Regent, Prozen would be taking over the Guylos Empire. Homalev, along with some of his compatriots expressed great discomfort with Prozen's actions, but there was little they could do to stop him.
Return of the Prince, Episode 32 ~ 33
Homalev showed up on the road to Guygalos. He recognized Rudolph as the rightful prince, and immediately escorted them back to Homalev Castle, where he felt they'd be safe. He even offered Bang and his friends a medal of honor to thank them for rescuing the prince, along with honorary citizenship. When asked about Zoid Eve, he informed them that the Empire had been putting up quite a bounty for information related to Zoid Eve, and that some ruins right up the river had been converted into a secret research laboratory by Prozen. This ultimately led to Bang getting frustrated by everyone's willingness to simply sit and wait, and leaving the castle to continue their search for Zoid Eve.
Not long after, Hardin showed up at the bridge leading to Homalev Castle. She declared that Homalev was attempting to take over the Empire by planting an imposter as Emperor Rudolph. Under Prozen's new rule, she ordered that he be removed from his position, and sentenced him to be executed. Her unit surrounded the castle, prepared for a bloody battle to end the 'imposter' Rudolph before Prozen's coronation. In response to this, Homalev reached out to the Republic to ask for help. While they waited for reinforcements, he and Rudolph took the Royal Saber and tried to fight their way out alongside Irvine and Moonbay. Though they were overwhelmed, Rosso and Viola's Storm Sworders arrived to save them.
Summit Meeting, Episode 48
Homalev traveled with Rudolph to the summit meeting location, where they intended to meet with the president of the Republic. However, she was taken captive and instead used as a shield for the attacking unit. Homalev stayed at Rudolph's side, even as the building started collapsing around them. Thankfully, they were bailed out by Irvine and the Lightning Saix.
The Gravity Cannon, Episode 61
He and Rudolph visited one of the development facilities for the Gravity Cannon, getting their first look at all the work that'd gone into it. When the base was attacked by Black Redlers and Stealth Vipers, a sizable army of them sent by Hiltz, they were certain that they'd need to abandon the weapon. Thankfully, they were saved by Rosso and Viola.
The Valley of the Rare Hertz, Episode 66 ~ 67
Homalev accompanied Rudolph to the Valley of the Rare Hertz, helping to keep him informed of their military's status.
