- Epilogue
At the end of 2104 almost three years had passed since the fall of the Helic Republic capital. Nearly all of the Central Continent had fallen under the control of Neo Zenebas, and its military strength was increasing day by day. The remaining units of the Republican Army were only able to resist through guerrilla warfare.
T
The people of the former Helic territory had gradually begun to accept the reality. Someday, the Guylos Empire, which hated Neo Zenebas, would invade the Central Continent. Ironically, Neo Zenebas was the only one who could protect the people at that point. The rule of the Empire was about to become rock solid. However...
The Republican Army wasn't dead yet. In the mountainous region at the center of the continent, in a rebel Republican Army stronghold protected by snow and natural hazards, a completely new Zoid was about to be born that could change this hopeless situation. It was the Gojulas Giga, developed based on the disk left behind by President Camford.
The Giga's huge body was being assembled on that old pitch. There was an officer nearby, watching the work. Captain Tommy Paris. He was a man who kept losing everything he sought to protect.
"Defeat is not the end, but the beginning of a new battle..."
Paris repeated the President's message under his breath. He was now convinced that the President's final moments had been an accident. There was no way someone who was about to take their own life would leave behind such words. Then he thought of the new battle yet to come. A battle to get back what he'd lost...
- And our fight must go on...
- Not Yet The End
This concludes the Official Fan Books, which covered the bulk of the NJR story. At this point you can also check out
Avenge of Proitzen for some supplementary reading. Think of it as OFB 3.5 or a book that was released prior to OFB4 with the same story. Our link removes the story (since you've just read it!) but still includes some neat fact files about Zoids that didn't get stats here in OFB4.
