Senka is a Zoid doctor living near the summit of outer Yatotake, who's been experimenting with the concept of synchronizing Zoid and BLOX cores to bring out a Zoid's instincts. Her end goal is to improve their combat capabilities. Unfortunately this research often led to the Zoid running wild and escaping the lab, requiring that it be sedated and brought back.

Chapter 3, Brastle Tiger Escape
During Senka's Zoid research her Brastle Tiger went out of control and escaped the laboratory. Now that she was no longer in control she couldn't send out communications, meaning she also couldn't coordinate with her assistant, Yuu. He struggled to catch the fierce, fire-breathing tiger on his own, armed with nothing but a Blitz Pepsis with sedatives. When Midori and Ken arrived they devised a plan for Midori to use a Blitz Sworder to lure the Tiger towards Ken, who'd then tackle the Zoid and disable it.
Once it was properly sedated Senka was able to regain control, and having heard that Souga, Midori's Liger Blue had been poisoned, she rushed to the village to help. There she not only treated Souga with the antidote to the Reaper's poison, but also treated the other Zoids who'd been badly injured by the swarm. However, she couldn't guarantee Souga's survival. Past that point, they would only be able to pray that he was strong enough to get through it on his own.
Chapter 8, The Sparkling Beast
When it was announced that a final stand would be taken against the Bio Zoids, Senka arrived at the battlefield to offer medical advice. There, she examined the Sparkling Beast, the Bright Hawk. Though the Zoid had dwelled in the magma of the volcano for so many years, it was astonishingly undamaged and in relatively good health. In her enthusiasm she even asked if she could dissect the Sparkling Beast later, to learn more about it. Masakuni himself intervenes, threatening to squash Senka with the hammer of his Iron Kong. Though, she wasn't particularly amused by the notion, and returned to her Brastle Tiger.

Senka, as a Zoids scientist / doctor likely piloted numerous Zoids, but the one she was featured in first was a Brastle Tiger. A rather temperamental one that, like other Brastles in Zoids Generations, breathed fire.
