- Miletus Castle

- Introduction

Miletus Castle (Miletos in the dub) is the key residence of the Guylos Emperor. It's a massive sprawling complex with a central building, beautiful gardens, and a luxurious interior. For the purpose of this article we'll be focusing on the anime depiction, as while it did get a mention in the Battle Story, not much happened in that region of the map to be worth mentioning.

- History

The Passing of Emperor Zeppelin, Episode 18

During this time Emperor Zeppelin passed, having fought against ailing health for some time. His Empire was passed down to his grandson, Prince Rudolph, and he'd entrusted Prozen to try to put an end to the war before his passing.

Kidnapping of Emperor Rudolph, Episode 19

Regent Prozen, who was intent on taking control of the Guylos Empire from Prince Rudolph had arranged for him to be killed when he left Miletus Castle to attend his grandfather's funeral. The plan was for his Redler to be shot down by Republican Command Wolves, falsifying the attack as being from the Republic. This plan was disrupted when the Desert Arcobaleno Gang, looking for a huge cash ransom decided to kidnap Prince Rudolph. They broke right into the castle once they'd detected (and hassled) the hired killer Metternich's group and escaped before the guards could organize, inadvertently saving Rudolph's life.
