The City of Wind is a village featured in the Zoids anime, and once held a special place in Emperor Zeppelin II's heart. The village was known to have wind mills, likely the source of its name.

Because the City of Wind was once said to be the estate of former Emperor Zeppelin II, Glenn and his border patrol unit went there expecting to find lavish riches. Instead they found a fairly generic rural colony with nothing to offer. Out of frustration, they burned the city to the ground. Their corrupt unit was later taken down by the Three Guards, retired Saber Tiger pilots from the Empire. In spite of the hardships faced by the village they started to rebuild soon after its destruction.
