A system developed by the Imperial Army that converts a Zoid's core energy into power for its weapons. Zoids can be equipped with a variety of Core Drive Weapons (CDW) by using the common, standardized back rail.
This Core Drive Weapon dramatically improves the running performance of the unit it's equipped to. In addition to the 4-Barrelled Ignition Booster, which uses the energy of the Zoid Core for acceleration, it's also equipped with a High-Mobility Rocket Booster that uses the maximum energy of the Zoid Core for an explosive super-high-speed run.
