- RZ-033 Hammer Head

Sharks are quite rare in the Zoids franchise, and the Hammer Head has an amazing look as a heavy-armored military Zoid, in spite only being a medium-scale unit.

- Zoids Battle Story

ZAC 2100...  The second full-scale battle between the Guylos Empire and the Helic Republic facing off in northern Europa has begun. Before the Main Zoids Force of the Republican Army landed, they decided to take the fight to them. At the front, an armored division of PK units formed their main force, and from the sea behind them, a mix of marine units such as Brachios, Hel Digunner, and Sinker advanced on the Republic's position.

However, the Imperial Army, which had absolute confidence in their naval power, made a terrible miscalculation. The Republican Army had deployed a state-of-the-art amphibious Zoid, the Hammer Head, into the ocean. After the Hammer Heads had destroyed the Sinkers in the blink of an eye, they took to the sky and slowly sunk the Brachios and Hel Digunners as well. On the other hand, the Republic's Main Zoids Force was about to launch a major counterattack after landing.

- Fuselage Explanation

The Hammer Head developed by the Republican Army Transport Force as a counter to the Zenebas Empire's amphibious sea-air Sinker, whose attack strategies they had struggled with during the old war. It's a highly maneuverable amphibious Zoid equipped with an Ion Engine that operates efficiently both in the sea and in the sky, and uses variable wings for its main wings.
