- Introduction

The Iron Kong Yeti of the Imperial Guards and from Zoids Delusion War Record is joining the HMM series lineup!

It recreates the Iron Kong MK-II Mass Production Type, equipped with Maneuver Thruster units on the back. In addition, it comes with an Anti-Zoid 6-Shot Missile Launcher, as well as a Beam Gatling Gun, equipment that appeared in its main series, Zoids Delusional War Record, allowing you to recreate these forms. As an added bonus, clear colorless parts are included in addition to the clear green. Now it's possible to paint with your favorite clear colors.

Please add this key Zoid, the "Mask of Zenebas", proof of being heir to the former Imperial Thrown, to your lineup!

Gimmicks:

⚫ The hatch in the cockpit on the head opens and closes, and a generic pilot figure is included to board the unit.

⚫ The Zoid Core part built into the body can be removed.

⚫ The 10-Shot Self-Guided Rocket Launchers on the shoulders can open and close.

⚫ The large verniers, the High Maneuver Booster Pack mounted on the back has movable vernier thrusters, and the stabilizers can be tilted horizontally.

⚫ The right side of the High Maneuver Booster Pack can be equipped with the Anti-Zoid 6-Shot Missile Launcher or the Beam Gatling Gun (using a dedicated attachment).

⚫ Clear parts such as the cockpit and laser sensor have been added in clear colorless plastic in addition to the clear green. It's possible to paint them with your favorite clear color.

⚫ Decals with abundant emblems and caution marks are newly included, so it's possible to finish the product as pricesely as you wish by adding them.

- Extra Details

  •  The two alternate concepts for the Yeti would've placed it in the setting of the Delusional War Record, a web comic released in the 2000s .

  •  Although the Yeti is missing a few parts from the PK gear, it turned out to be more expensive due to the inclusion of the Beam Gatling.

  •  In 2019, Gensui (Oka Soushi, a staff member of Kotobukiya and the person who writes most of the blog entries) pondered suggesting the Iron Kong MK-II Mass Production Type to Kotobukiya, since they had all of the necessary components to release it (molds for the base Iron Kong and the weapon molds from the PK). Over the course of discussions, the team decided to release the Iron Kong Yeti instead, because with the inclusion of the Beam Gatling, the kit could be configured in a number of different unique ways, instead of being geared towards one specific setup.
