 As the Genospino marches towards the Republic's capital of Neo Helic, the group must race to repair and arm the Proto Beast Liger. This isn't the end of the Liger's evolution, however.

  • The area Genospino passed through was called Plain 601.

  • Land notes that there's a synergistic effect between a terminal and a Zoid's genes. Some reports state that this synergy promotes rapid natural healing in lion-type Zoids.

  • Leo's arm appears to send signals to the Liger, prompting it to extend weapon ports without verbal command.

  • The bridge featured in this episode is Frost Bridge.

  • The group watched the metal crate, which shined from within. When Leo placed his hand on the crate, it glowed gold, its light increasing in intensity until the crate cracked, then dissolved. A pillar of golden light erupted from the lake.

  • Byrne's Gatling Fox was losing badly to the Drei Panther, but Leo charged into the fight, Liger reborn as the Proto Beast Liger once more. He drove the Drei Panther back, and when Raptoria also joined the fight, the Drei Panther withdrew.

  • The Republic, meanwhile, contemplated how to handle the Genospino. Garret's Capital Defense Force formed a line on the other side of Frost Bridge, at the mouth of Bay 703. Out of the blue, Dias phoned in and claimed to have captured an enemy Zoid, Giller's Red Reaper! While Giller grinned from the sidelines.

  • The group expressed their relief that Wild Liger was okay. Leo seemed to talk to Liger, understanding that his Zoid wanted to become stronger.

  • Land arrived at the location of the terminal, but realized he was too late.

  • Dias announced that they'd begin a large-scale counter attack, and requested that every Zoid at their disposal be a part of the fight.

  • Leo found one of the Beast Liger's blades in the rubble, then installed it back to the Proto Beast Liger, along with a number of other weapons scavenged from the destruction.

  • The Republic was in place for the counterattack, but were shocked when the Genospino bypassed them entirely by swimming across the water instead of taking the bridge, which was rigged with explosives.

  • Giller's Sniptera joined the fight under the control of Clive Dias, who claimed to have captured Giller and taken his Zoid. This protected Giller from backlash from the Empire.

  • While the main forces fought the Genospino, Leo and the others took on the Genospino Unit's escort Zoids. Gilraptors and Cannon Bulls, mainly. As the Drei Panther was closing in, Proto Beast Liger evolved into Rising Liger mid battle, and sliced off one of Drei Panther's blade arms, forcing a retreat.

  • After a prolonged fight, Aldridge passed out and the Genospino stopped moving.
