- Official Summary

 The Gilraptor LC faces off against the Burning Ligers, and their first round is a fierce battle that ends in a draw.

 In the midst of this fight, an explosion echoes and causes both units to hault.

 The extraterrestrial Zoid, the ancient Emperor Dragon "Zero Grizis", who once threatened to destroy the Earth has appeared.

 The fighting spirit of the Zoids involved in the war has awakened the Zero Grizis from its long slumber. Now the instincts of this god of destruction are once more running wild.

 The Zero Corps led by Zero Grizis is revived, and intervenes in the war between the two great powers, turning the war into a three-way battle...

 In the mean time, a new Zoid is being restored in the Republic...
