Tohha is a little mischievous. He uses Arashi for his petty competition, but he's not a bad guy. He just gets a little wrapped up in his rivalry with the neighboring village. Tohha also tends to laugh in the same patter as his name. "Tohhahahaha" for example.

    When Tohha found Arashi in the desert, he was kind enough to bring him back to the village and give him some food. Of course, this wasn't an entirely selfless act. He saw Arashi's Wild Liger, and had a scheme in mind.

    As it turned out, the village held a yearly event with the neighboring village to duke it out with massive Zoid puppets. Only, the battles had been escalating year by year, and this year, they were resolved to use real Zoids in their event. So Tohha enlisted Arashi to fight for Tengallo Village, with the Wild Liger as his champion.

    Though he did enter in the battle it was interrupted by Death Metal, so a clear winner was not determined.
