- Notable Facts

  • Schwarz identifies himself as being from the 1st Panzer Division with Zeta level security clearance, code ZA2077S83.

  • The base is the Holciard Weapons Plant (according to E54), a facility used for the mass disposal of weaponry built up during the war. It's run by Captain Tsubaki. It's centered around a reactor that, if it were to overload, would carry the force of 200 megatons and destroy the better part of both territories. There are only two underground routes to the reactor, and only one is large enough for Zoids to use.

  • In this episode, Rease once again exhibits her ability to take control of people's minds using her insects. When Tsubaki is taken control of, he announces that their intentions are nothing less than the total rebirth of the world, giving our first look at Rease and Hiltz's end game.

  • Thoma explains that throughout his life he was always worse than Karl at everything, whether it was academics or martial arts. The one field that he excelled in was machinery. While Karl took on the burden of upholding the family name, even from a young age, Thoma endeavored to create some of the world's greatest machines, seeking respect among his family and peers. Even so, Schwarz refused to see Thoma as a worthy soldier, because according to him, Thoma relied too heavily on machines, and that line of thought didn't improve after BEEK's creation.

  • Rease originally intended to take Fine with her when she left the base, but Fine vehemently refused.

  • When Rease uses her insects, she connects a cord with a microphone to Specular's head, and speaks through it to communicate with her controlled subjects. Damaging this cord results in the 'psycho wave amplification system' shorting out. This causes an electrical shock to Specular as well as electrically zapping the small insects she uses to control others, breaking her control over pilots. In this case, Schwarz's Iron Kong remained under her control, though, so perhaps it's not a guarantee.

  • It's implied that Fine didn't realize Rease was a woman until she shoved her back, and realized she had breasts.

  • BEEK is able to calculate the most efficient spot to snipe an enemy Zoid.

Comments: Lots of blood for the most part. Also Fine pushing on Rease's boobs apparently = Dubnope. Might be a couple overlaps with the dub because I didn't want to cut out 2 second clips.
