Introduction
Seepers is a particularly deplorable member of the Guylos Empire, ruthless in everything that he does. Even so, he's easily frustrated, and quick to anger, displaying violence even towards his own men.

Seepers was pursuing Rudolph's group when he was interrupted by McMahon, who owned the land he was on. After being urged to leave, he relented, albeit bitterly. Nevertheless, he was convinced that they were still in the area. He had his party sweep the forest, and when they came up empty-handed he was certain that McMahon was hiding them.
Believing that he may even be promoted to Major if he could capture Rudolph, Seepers ordered his men to enter McMahon's mansion. He himself even held the man at gun point, demanding he let him search the premises. Even at risk of death, McMahon stood his ground and commanded Seepers out of his home. It was a difficult situation for the overzealous soldier. McMahon held a lot of sway in the Empire for providing them various resources through his trade business, and even Seepers' superiors were implied to have had to deal with Seepers overstepping his bounds before.
Even though he left the residence, he and his men attacked the home. McMahon responded in kind, using sleeper Dark Horns to destroy their forces on the ground while Rosso and Viola defeated the Black Redlers in the sky. It was a total loss for Seepers.
Attempted Murder of Bang Freiheit, Episode 51
After Bang Freiheit's battle with Raven he was considered missing, and orders came from the Empire for all units in the area to do a grid search to find the lost hero. Seepers, having met Bang before and with no kind words to say about the experience ordered his men to simply claim they hadn't found him. He didn't see a point in organizing a search, and couldn't care less if Bang were dead or alive.
Just as he came to this conclusion, however, Rease appeared to him and questioned his logic. Seepers had been extorting the villagers in the area for years, stealing money from them. She convinced him that Bang was a spy, and that if Seepers didn't kill him, he'd reveal his past crimes. So, Seepers reconsidered the search. They tracked Bang to the village or Nordens, and Seepers marched on the village, firing warning shots and demanding that they hand him over.
With his Blade Liger damaged and nowhere near his current location, Bang stole one of the Empire's Rev Raptors. He took out several of their Zoids before he was finally gunned down, his Rev Raptor disabled. Much to the surprise of the Empire, the villagers gathered around the fallen raptor. They insisted that they wouldn't let the army claim another life. Seepers, against the better judgement of his men, ordered them to attack anyway. It was clear by the visual reluctance of his soldiers that these orders didn't sit right with them. Seepers himself decided to aim his guns at the villagers, only for his unit to be attacked by the Guardian Force, who'd finally caught up. Thoma ordered that Seepers would be placed under arrest, and when he tried to fight back his Red Horn DHA was shot down by Moonbay's Gustav.
