The Pteras Bomber is, as its name implies, a Pteras outfitted for bombing runs. Though the Pteras itself isn't the best aerial Zoid, most sanctioned battles take place between ground Zoids. This had the potential to make the Pteras quite a thread, though it was often used instead as the "first man out" in battle.

Air-to-Air 2-Shot Automatic Tracking Missile
These tracking missiles are equipped to the wings. Though Jamie's Pteras is indeed a Bomber unit, it doesn't seem to do a ton of damage with them.
16 mm Vulcan Gun
Like other Pteras types, the Bomber has a Vulcan Gun on the nose. This weapon fires at a high rate of fire.
History
Captured, Episode 4
After a confrontation in the base, Bit fled in his jeep, and Rinon took off after him in Jamie's Pteras. Unfortunately she stumbled upon an area of the desert where the Backdraft Group had just conducted an illegal battle and were assessing their prize. Unable to let her escape they gunned down the Pteras and captured both the Zoid and the pilot. The Pteras remained locked into the hangar until Rinon was able to steal a uniform and sneak back to it, breaking out thereafter.
