- Episode 8: Blue Lightning!


    A mysterious invisible Zoid has been going around destroying Zoids in unsanctioned confrontations, and its pilot is claiming to be the strongets Zi-Fighter of all time. The only one who knows his identity is Amy, and she knows that he's desparate to prove how far hes come. She agrees to fight him, and he promises to turn himself in if she wins. Meanwhile, Sigma continues to struggle with the loss of his Boldguard, and receives a brand new Zoid from Haldo as a loan.

- Notable Facts

  • Jack (with the pompadour) is a professional dart player. In the English version, his name is Mikey.

  • Haldo keeps the control sticks of every Gustav he has driven. Some trashed because of his recklessness during his growth as a pilot, which he expresses remorse over. He even confesses to having broke down and cried when his first Gustav finally died.

  • The Leostriker was initially on loan from Haldo, but he said he'd give it to Sigma if he did well. It's customized to his specifications, with custom ammo that uses a spectral luminous coating, allowing him to see Zoids hidden by holotech.

  • Sigma dubs the Leostriker the "Blue Lightning".
