- Notable Facts
In the English dub, Kidd's name is Keefe.
Dr. Piers mentions that Zoids must continue to evolve in speed, power, and endurance, to achieve more powerful and entertaining battles. He notes that at this time, fighting without a fuzor Zoid is almost unimaginable.
Malloy and Rattle's record for clearing their training session against Guysacks is 27 seconds.
Dan met Dr. Piers at a Zoids Research Conference and they hit it off, so he asked Mach Storm to help look into the mysterious invisible Zoid. They accepted, since Zoid Battles were shut down during the incident, so there was no battle income.
Dr. Piers was once a Zi Fighter himself.
RD reads a magazine called Zoids Max. In the dub, it's said to be a comic book.
Although Kidd was noted to be targeting Fuzor Zoids, he also brought down two Blade Ligers who he ambushed on their way home from their won battle. This implies that he was targeting any 'powerful' Zoid, which would fit his MO of wanting to prove he was the best Zi Fighter. Later in the episode, they change this to say that he's targeting "Battle" Zoids. This is from the English dub.
Haldo originally hired Sigma to move cargo around his hangar so that he could take his Gustav out for a run in the country.
The invisible Zoid was first discovered to be a Saber Tiger by Dr. Piers, who calculated this result based on its speed, power, and weight.
In extremely rare cases, certain Zoids can alter the refraction characteristics of their outer armor, suddenly adapting to their environment and disappearing at will. This is referred to as Holotech. Kidd's Saber Tiger is noted to adapt even faster than Dr. Piers had initially thought it capable, adapting even to different wavelengths of light.
Although RD tried to convince Sigma to repair his Boldguard, he argued that the damage extended all the way to the core system. This damage was caused by the Killer Sabers of Kidd's Saber Tiger. This is also one of the only cases where energy-based Sabers were featured in the Zoids anime, in spite of a number of Zoids having them, including the Shield Liger, Blade Liger, and Liger Zero.
Kidd is the one that initiates the challenge against the PKB.
Betty (the red head that hangs out with the guy in shades, Jack) is called Julia in the English Dub.
