- Gun Sniper
Pilots: Dorcid
The Gun Sniper is a professional long range unit that was designed by the Republican Army. It first appeared with a pilot named Dorcid, who claimed to be military police associated with the Republican Army. This may or may not be true, but his career obviously leaned towards criminal activity at a later time.
The Zoid is unique in that its entire tail is segmented to latch into place, creating a long range sniper rifle. The entire cockpit is set to rotate around with a different apparatus for sniper targeting. It is installed with tri-barreled gatling guns on both front arms for mobile combat, as well as a booster/missile combination pack on the back.

Weapon Overview: |
Beam Gatling Guns x2: These two guns are stationed on the Gun Sniper's forearms. They fire in rapid succession and are the most frequently used weapon besides the missiles. |
Beam Launcher: This gun is installed to the Gun Sniper's chest. It rarely sees use. |
8-Shot Missile Pod x2: This Zoid's boosters have a section in the front that is angular, with an opening panel. Inside are eight different missiles that can be launched in succession. |
AZ 144mm Sniper Rifle: Snipe Master is named for its sharp shooting skills. The Zoid locks down for the sake of recoil, using the two large talons on the feet. The pilot seat is rotated around so that the shooter has a better sniping position and view of their target. Each segment of the tail extends and locks into place and the targeting system comes up, allowing for extremely precise long range sniping. |
Strike Claws x2, Bite Fangs: I'm classifying these two together, since there really isn't much to say about them. The strike claws refer to the claws on the hand, while the bite fangs are just the teeth. |
Strike Anchor Claw: The Strike Anchor Claws are the claws on the feet, and they're a little more interesting. These weapons double as anchors, able to secure the Zoid in place while firing high recoil rounds and allowing for a quicker turn. |
Equipment Overview: |
Ion Booster: Built into the back of the missile boxes are two booster rockets, one in each pod. They're used primarily for manuevering and sharp turns. |

"Phantom Special"
Phantom is a well known assassin, doubling as a sniper. To help with his career he's got a custom Gun Sniper (which is intentionally destroyed.) The Zoid has had all of the black equipment removed and an additional plate added. The real notable part, however, is that the legs have been detached from their normal socket and moved down. When necessary, an axel extends from the bottom of the body and rotates up and down on either side, always keeping the Sniper perfectly up right. This was greatly demonstrated when the Zoid was out on the water in a boat.

- Toge Sniper
Pilots: ---
The Toge Sniper is a special Gun Sniper that was revealed only after merging with the Organoid Ambient. It was considered an instant evolution, and due to the influence of the Organoid it turned from a dark blue to a crimson color. The frame generated several unique weapons.
Weapon Overview: |
Retractable Spikes: The official name of this weapon isn't noted, but the Wild These may be subjective in terms of rather or not they're a weapon, but they'd sure hurt if you were hit by them. They're stationed over the head and on the insides of the caps. |
8-Shot Spike Missile Launcher: The missile pods on the back now fire missiles that are tipped with a very sharp spike. Upon impact it's extremely likely that this could lodge into the Zoid and inflict even greater damage. |
Elongated Strike Claws: The weapon could be argued to be directly from the Organoid influence, since such an item would seem completely impossible without the Organoid's ability to remold the Zoid's frame. The claws on the top can sling forward to strike a Zoid, even if it's not within 'normal' reach. |
Beam Cannon x8: The official name of this weapon isn't noted, but the Wild Weasel unit contains two containers, each containing two beam guns on either side. |
Equipment Overview: |
Radar Dish: This is a large panel over the back. It isn't specified which type of system it's used for, but it's likely for greater detection of enemy units. |
- Gun Sniper WW
Pilots: ---
"Wild Weasel"
The Gun Sniper WW was put into service shortly after the finalization of the standard unit. It contains extra equipment but has hardly lost any of the maneuver ability retained by the original. The extra weapons definitely give the already strong Zoid a power boost.

- Gun Sniper WW Simulation Type

"Wild Weasel"
The Simulation Type of this Gun Sniper was used at the Vash Coeard Academy, where it is assumed that the Zoid was used to test the upgraded weapons of the Wild Weasel Unit. At that point, the unit had only been seen in corrupt hands, implying some illegal activity at the academy.
