Weapon Overview: | |
16-Shot Missile Launcher: The 16-Shot Missile Pod doesn't match up to any other official weaponry, so we're going to assume that this refers to the tail missiles, even if only one has 16 shots. The upper armor panels of the tail can flip open and fire a special spear-based ammunition, similar to that seen in the Missile Diffusion System. The ammunition itself is different, though, which distinguishes this as its own weapon. Each segment of the tail can fire a different amount of ammunition. The largest segment is capable of loading 20 missiles for launch at one time. The second segment can load 16, the third segment can load 12, the fourth segment can load 8, and the final 5th segment can load four. |
AEZ 20mm Beam Gun x2: The beam guns that are installed to the muzzle of the Death Saurer. This weapon refers only to the top and lower left guns. |
Hyper Killer Claws x2: Refers to the entire hand. The sharp claws of the Death Saurer are high articulate, and act just like human hands. They can easily crush even medium to large scale Zoids. | Killer Bite Fangs: Death Saurer has perhaps the most vicious looking teeth of any Zoid. They're massive needle-shaped weapons that line the entirety of the jaw. A single bite would impale a Zoid several times over. |
Large-Bore Particle Beam Cannon: The most terrifying weapon seen to Zi. This weapon draws from the electricity drawn into the In-take Fan and expels it through the jaws that is several times larger than any average Zoid. When this monster fires its primary weapon it can span over multiple countries, and has even been known to spread across the entirety of the planet without any loss of power after using the gravity field from the Gravity Cannon as a conduit. | Small-Bore Anti-Ground Laser Machine Gun x2: Refers to the two gun barrels in the belly of the Death Saurer. These appear to be able to rotate to some extent and help to deter ground-based units from attacking the Death Saurer. |
Small-Bore Laser Machine Gun: This automated weapon is the lower right side barrel of the muzzle installment. It fires rounds in rapid succession, and being able to move with the Death Saurer's head allows it exceptional rotational abilities. | Surface-to-Surface Missile Pod: The Surface-to-Surface Missile Pod is actually supposed to be installed in the right arm, but it is never animated to be firing. Nonetheless, it still shows up on the official weapons list. |
TEZ 20mm Linear Laser Gun x2: The linear beam guns that are installed to the upper back of the Death Saurer. They seem to be able to rotate to some extent to fire at different angles. | Weighed Strike Tail: The Weighted Strike Tail is an incredibly powerful melee weapon. Aside from its ... well, pure weight and force, the tail has been shown to be capable of an energy charge, which can be slung into an enemy separate from the tail. |
Equipment Overview: | |
Charged Particle Intake Management Fan: The particle intake fan is what allows the Death Saurer to actually fire the Large-Bore Particle Beam Gun. It draws in static electricity from the air and amplifies it by converting it into pure energy, which can then be discharged from the jaws in the form of a beam. If it is constantly running the particle beam and be fired several times without pause. | Composite Sensor Unit High-Precision Infra-red Beam Laser Searcher Infra-red Laser Searcher The above equipment are actually not featured in the anime. At least in use. Nonetheless, the High-Precision Searcher is located in the head. The Composite Sensor is located in the left arm, and the basic Laser Searcher is located on the tip of the tail. |
