Character Summaries:
Vipei is an elderly gentleman that once worked in the Three Guards unit, one of the most prestigious units in the Empire. Out of the three he is the least out spoken and often sits to observe the situation carefully, but he reserves just as much scrutiny for incredulous acts as the others.
Along with Grosscao and Wagner, Vipei had formerly retired from the Empire. He moved to an isolated home with his two allies, near the City of Wind. Interestingly, he seems to be able to play an Ocarina, a very uncommon flute-like instrument.
- Zoids
Zaber Fang AT-S: Vipei pilots one of two Zaber Fang ATs in the Three Guard unit. His Zoid is of a silver color scheme and identicle to Grosscao's, sporting a standard Assault Unit. Although not referred to distinctly in the anime, this Zaber Fang AT (referenced as an "Older Generation" unit) is supposedly called the Zaber Fang AT-S.
