Character Summaries:
Seepers is a general in the Imperial Army. Throughout his career he's been nothing but a slime ball, distorting the truth and abusing his power. He takse almost any oppertunity he can get if he doesn't think he'll be noticed by authorities, and is barely held back by his concern for consequence.
Aside from just acting like a mad dog, Seepers also takes advantage of citizens. He's not above threatening entire villages to get his way, or to cover up his tracks.

Red Horn: Seepers is first seen piloting a Red Horn, which is the leading Zoid in a unit otherwise consisting of Rev Raptors. He doesn't show a whole lot of skill with his Zoid, however, often falling back on a generic "point and shoot" tactic.
