Character Summaries:
Mueller is a member of the Eisenbeck Unit in the Guylos Empire. He doesn't have much individuality in the series, and is often seen working as Ralph's most trusted subordinate. Like his superior he doesn't seem to have a whole lot of moral reservations for committing crimes.

Black Redler: Mueller was one of the very lucky pilots to get the chance to pilot the new Black Redlers being developed at Ebonei Air Base. When the Zoids were put into actual combat use for the Empire he took part in the missions that involved use of them, showing relatively decent piloting skill.
