Character Summaries:

    Homaleph is a Prime Minister of the Imperial Army. He is one of several very loyal council members and swore his loyalty to the late Emperor and has a lot of reservations about Prozen's actions as Regent.

    Throughout the younger years of the young prince Rudolph, Homaleph was the one to escort him in Royal Imperial Zoids. The prince was not able to pilot Zoids on his own at the time so he had a number of units customly modified to be two seaters, with Homaleph controlling from the front seat.

    When Rudolph returned to Inei River alive, Homaleph immediately acted out against Prozen. He helped Rudolph reclaim his throne and remained loyal for years after.

Red Horn: In Episode 32, Homaleph confronts the main team with his unit of four Rev Raptors, six Molga, and his own Red Horn.

Royal Zaber Fang: Later in Episode 33 he uses a Royal Zaber that is stationed at Inei River. He pilots the Zoid much like a paranoid mother, and is afraid to bring out the potential of the Zoid in fear of risking Rudolph's life. Reluctantly, he relinquishes control of the Zoid to the young prince.
