Character Summaries:
Glen is the leader of an Imperial Border Line Security Unit, which consists of his own Dark Horn, two Iron Kong BG, and roughly three generic Heldigunner. His unit is responsible for razing the City of Wind, a former beloved place of the lost Emperor.
Through the short period of time that Glen is seen, he is recognized to be an extremely corrupt individual with a dangerous disregard for others. He lead an assault that burned the entire City of Wind, and for no real reason.
The city was said to be close to the late Emperor's heart, a place he always loved to visit. They expected it to be full of riches as a result, but when they found little of value they turned against the civiliens. The city had been unarmed for years and fell quickly to the Border unit. Glen is murdered by the Three Guards for his crimes and abuse of power.

Dark Horn: Glen pilots a Dark Horn, which is a little peculiar considering he has two customized Iron Kongs in his unit. The Zoid never actually fights, so his piloting skill is questionable.
