Dr. D is a scientist that once worked for the Imperial Army. For a long time he lived in the mountains, working on his life long dream of making man-made snow. He first saw this at Snow Mountain, and aspired to complete this goal ever since.
He shows up frequently to assist and travel with the group, and helps out the Imperial Army on individual jobs.
