- The 30th Anniversary of Zoids!
ZOIDS 30th anniversary! Takaratomy releases the "second wave of Zoids originals"; introducing the Geno Ritter!
The Geno Ritter?
It's fuselage is based on the Geno Saurer developed as a powerful trump card in the final days of the Central Continental war.
However, it was not released together with the Geno Saurer because of difficulties with the controls.
After that, the Geno Ritter was controlled by the refugees of the Imperial army after the end of the war, and was involved behind the scenes.
Equipped with the large "Dragoon Stahl" swords on its back, the large, wicked dragon Zoid, "Geno Ritter", gains explosive propulsive power because of the Magnezer Wing Vernier - which supports the giant swords - that chops down accessible prey with precision. The characteristic headgear is a fetter influenced by the pilot, and serves to control it from going berserk, too.

- Variations
- Geno Ritter [Jagd Geno]
Geno Ritter, formerly Jagd Geno. Its pilot is a former ace of the Imperial army, Ash Labone.
The Geno Ritter he pilots is equipped with wonderful mobility and destructive power.
The characteristic giant swords are the "Dragon Stahl". It excels in offense and defense, with a naturally wide range slashing attack, and it defends itself from enemy fire by expanding an extensive shield by means of the electromagnetic blades attached to the hilts.
It's possible to reconstruct it into "Jagd Geno" before it's controlled by a pilot!
Beyond that, the Geno Ritter has small Magnezer Wing Verniers equipped to its legs as a difference from the Jagd Geno. It can precisely control the explosive propulsive power of the Magnezer Wing Verniers that support the Dragoon Stahl on its back using the Magnezer Wings on its legs.
And it's equipped with a charged particle cannon like the Geno Saurer, but because Ash prizes chivalry he doesn't use this in one on one battles with enemies he is facing.
- Geno Saurer [Protoblue]
The Geno Saurer is the base that was converted into the Jagd. Although the base of the Geno Saurer was mass produced in black, it is dark blue here. Among Geno Saurers it's a superior individual, and it was more ferocious. It's said that there's also a vermilion Geno Saurer that existed as a similar high-mobility individual.
