Final Notes
The Author: Roiiy Seay Toamath
Born in ZAC 2010. As the title "Seay" shows, he's related by blood to the royal family of the Sea Tribe.
After he graduated from the Royal Military Academy, he participated in developing the Cannon Tortoise both as an officer and as an engineer.
Injured in the offensive and defensive battles around the Imperial capital, in which he participated as the head of the Cannon Tortoise battalion, he retired from the army.
He's the chief research worker at the Helic Memorial Research Institute of War History.
Lieutenant Toamath, who played an important role in the second chapter of this book "Ultrasaurus Recapture Operation" is the author, from when he was younger.
