The Snipe Master is a small-scale Zoid developed with the idea of improving the Gun Sniper's melee capabilities. It's a great all-purpose machine compared to its predecessor, but came at a misfortunate time during the war where it was regularly outcompeted by Imperial Zoids in spite of its excellent performance in battle for its class.  [1]

- Military History

ZAC ???, Development

The Snipe Master was developed with the idea of improving upon the Gun Sniper's melee fighting capabilities. Weighing three tons less it successfully improved its overall mobility while also sporting powerful claws on its arms, bringing it up to the Rev Raptor's level.

ZAC 2101, December, Landing of the Eisen Dragoon

After Prozen detonated his Bloody Death Saurer and nearly the whole of Valhalla, taking a substantial portion of both the Helic and Guylos armies with him, the flash of light became a signal flare to his son, Wolff Muroa. A signal to move in on the Republic's homeland, the central continent of Delpoi. Snipe Masters had witnessed unknown transport ships moving in during November, and though they fought against the landing operations, they were no match for the new Neo Zenebas forces. Especially not after the Republic had already sent its main forces across the ocean to aid in the war.

- Equipment Information

- Bite Fangs

Bite Fangs: バイトファング

The Snipe Master's teeth. Since Snipe Master doesn't get much coverage in media we don't know how effective they are.

- Blade Antenna

Objective Sensor x2: ブレードアンテナ×1

The Blade Antenna is the blade on top of the head. Its full effects are not known.

- Dual Anchor x2

Dual Anchor x2: デュアルアンカー×2

The Dual Anchors are installed to the feet, and most of the time rest against the front of the leg. When active, they drop to the ground and anchor the Snipe Master in place, helping to offset the recoil of its Sniper Rifle. [1]

- M & NAZ 144mm Long Range Sniper Rifle

M & NAZ 144mm Long Range Sniper Rifle: M&NAZ144mmロングレンジスナイパーライフル

Much like the Gun Sniper, the Snipe Master's tail is a sniper rifle, serving as its most powerful weapon. However, the Snipe Master improves on it in several ways. The introduction of additional equipment to support this rifle gives it higher accuracy than the Gun Sniper as well as a longer range. The tail is also designed with telescoping parts, and has a bipod installed on the end which can flip down for further stabilization. The whole tail can be removed and installed to other Zoids.

- Multi Weapon Rack x19

Multi Weapon Rack x19: マルチウエポンラック×19

The Snipe Master is fairly lightweight overall, and while it has multiple options for specific customize parts, its also got numerous hard points for adding assorted weaponry. This includes x2 on the hands (interior), x2 on the elbows, x2 on the snipers seat, x2 on the sensors, x3 on the tail (x2 side x1 top), and x8 on the legs (x6 on the sides and x1 on the top.)

- Objective Sensor x2

Objective Sensor x2: 対物センサーx2

These two plates are installed to the sides of the snipers seat. Their full effects are not known, but typically, in real life, objective sensors are used to detect objects around the unit. They can rotate up and down.

- Precision-Firing Sniper Scope

Precision-Firing Sniper Scope: 精密射撃用スナイパースコープ

This item is placed on top of the snipers seat, and as you could guess, is designed for targeting in conjunction with the sniper rifle. This allows the pilot to focus at an even greater range.

- Snipers Seat

Snipers Seat: スナイパーズシート

One of its advantages on earlier designs is the addition of a snipers seat. This additional cockpit is installed on the back, and allows a sniper to lay down, facing behind the Zoid (placing them behind the rifle.) This allows the pilot to focus purely on controlling the Zoid while the rifle is controlled by a second individual.

- Zan Smasher x2

Zan Smasher x2: ザンスマッシャー×2

When the Republic considered improving on the Gun Sniper's concept they knew that they wanted to improve its melee combat capabilities. The Zan Smashers, the large claws on the hands, were a part of that plan. Aside from being sharp, some media depicts the claws charging with a golden laser glow for improved cutting ability.
