Additional Vehicle Function

The center of the Diloforce's body can be ejected as an independent vehicle, allowing the pilot to move around and perform more discrete reconnaissance while leaving the Zoid behind. It can also, of course, be used as an emergency escape vehicle. From the one image we see of this, it appears that the nozzle at the back acts as a jet nozzle for propulsion.

The first sketch was an early concept of the Zoid, and funny enough, its design scheme seemed to have been mostly solidified even at this step, with just some fine tuning done along the way. There were several concepts for the head and how the Zoid should be ridden.

- Military History

The Eisen Dragoon launched an attack against a volcanic Guylos Empire base, immediately overwhelming even the Geno Saurers that were defending the facility. In doing so, they gained control of the base and its assets, seemingly including the Bloody Demon. However, this confrontation was captured by a stealthy Shadow Fox scouting ahead for the Ray Force, and when it brought this data back to its unit, the Ray Force immediately moved to investigate. Though the Eisen Dragoon tried to warn them off, they failed to leave, and were immediately disabled by the Dragoon's Grounchars. After that, Diloforce and other super small Zoids began picking apart the nosy Zoids of the Helic Republic. This would have been a guaranteed victory had the Republic not rolled in Gunblusters to break up the assault. The Diloforce, as well as its fellow light-weight comrades couldn't stand up to the Gunblusters constant bombardment.

By November, the Eisen Dragoon had reached the Central Continent coastline. There they waited, until December, when a flash from Valhalla signaled the start of their invasion. The capital city of the Empire had been destroyed by Prozen, taking out a large portion of the Helic and Guylos forces, which enabled his son, Wolff Muroa, to invade the Central Continent with the Eisen Dragoon force. Much of their military strength relied on super-small-scale Zoids like the Diloforce, who would wait until their enemies were disrupted by the Empire's Dark Spiners, then tear them apart at their leisure. Within 3 weeks of landing, the western half of the continent, including the former Zenebas capital fell under their control. Within 7 weeks, they reached the capital city of the Republic.

Within a year of capturing the Helic capital, an operation was launched to try to recapture it. Diloforce joined Demantis units in the defense of their captured city, taking apart the invaders after they fell still from the jamming waves of Dark Spiners.

- E-Shield

E-Shield Eシールド

 The E-Shield is the frill around the Diloforce's neck, noticeably inspired by Jurassic Park. When the shield is deployed forward it generates circular-swirling waves of blue energy, protecting the Zoid and its pilot from harm. When the Diloforce is fused to the Berserk Führer it usually has the E-Shield included.

 Two sets of giant claws attached to the Diloforce's feet. This claws are hooked, though they don't see much use to indicate their strength.

- Laser Sword x2

Laser Sword x2 レーザーソード×2

 One Laser Sword is attached to each leg. When inactive, they lay flat against the side. When active, they flip outwards, able to slice enemy Zoids as the Diloforce races close by. These, along with the Tail Sword also serve as additional 'wings' of sorts, allowing the Zoid to move at a higher speed.

- Small Charged Particle Cannon x1

 This weapon is installed to the mouth, and unlike other small-scale Zoids with particle weapons that are effectively just standard beam guns, the Diloforce fires a thicker, more-diffuse particle beam similar to the Geno series. This beam is a golden-orange color. Since the Zoid is also intended to serve as a support unit for the Berserk Führer, it can actually become an optional weapon system. The head and frill can be removed and installed onto the Berserk Führer's arm to provide the Zoid with additional weapons. We'll ignore that the Berserk Führer already has both a particle cannon and an E-Shield.

- Tail Sword x1

 The Tail Sword is typically hidden inside the tail, until it comes into use, at which point the red blade snaps up. The interesting thing about the Diloforce is that its weapons all lean very close to the body, unlike traditional blades that extend away from it. The Tail Sword, like the Laser Swords, serves as an additional speed-supporting wing.
