- Military History (Generations)

Chapter 6, The Old Battle of Legend

During the first war against the Bio Zoid Swarm, Triceras sporting earthy brown armor with light brown frames and a mix of gold and silver horns appeared on the front lines of battle. They lined up alongside each other, charging with their large frills acting as shields, and impaled their enemies as a moving impenetrable wall. Ultimately, they were sealed by the Shining and Sparkling Beast.

Chapter 5, Swarm

A Bio Tricera with silver horns was briefly seen as a commanding unit in a swarm of Bio Zoids that'd been menacing a nearby Zoid Ranch. Its minions, Bio Raptors, were sent to check out the ranch, though they were hunted down by Veauregard and his Gunz Raser. Nevertheless, this didn't deter the pack from attacking, and they fought a grueling battle against Veauregard's Gunz Raser and Midori's Liger Blue, Souga. In the end, they failed to take the ranch.

- Equipment Information

- Bio Zoid Core

Bio Zoid Core: バイオゾイドコア

All Bio Zoids possess a Bio Zoid Core. In the anime, pilots would enter the core wearing special suits that connected to it via cables, allowing them to directly control the Zoid.

- Death Spike x4

Death Spike x4: デススパイク×4

The claws on the Tricera's four feet. In the show these are often used to pin down enemy Zoids after the Tricera has already flipped them with the horns.

- Flare Shield

Flare Shield: フレアシールド

The Flare Shield is iconic to the Bio Tricera, the only Bio Zoid to actively take defense into consideration. In combat situations it'll charge opponents head on, activating this electromagnetic barrier to establish an outwards shield from the spikes along its frill. This provides protection not only to the Bio Tricera, but to fellow Bio Zoids who are charging alongside it. The anime depicted the barrier as a pale dome around the Zoid.

- Hell Armor

Hell Armor: ヘルアーマー

Bio Tricera has armor coated in a silver liquid metal known as Hell Armor. This armor deflects ballistic weaponry as well as optical (beam) weapons, making the Zoid exceptionally hard to defeat. In the anime, it's impervious to damage not dealt by Metal-Zi, unless attacking areas of the body not armored.

- Hell Twin Horn

Hell Twin Horn: ヘルツインホーン

The two massive horns on the Bio Tricera's head. These golden horns have significant range, and in the Zoids Genesis anime, they can split into segments and launch at enemies like harpoons. During this, they remain connected to the Bio Tricerea via cables, which allows it to reel enemies back in once snared.

- Killer Bite

Killer Bite: キラーバイト

Bio Tricera's jaws are lined with rows of sharp teeth, not all uniform in length. While this should theoretically be an effective weapon, it doesn't see much use in official media.

- Nose Break Horn

Nose Break Horn: ノーズブレイクホーン

The third horn on Bio Tricera's head. In Genesis, this weapon is used in conjunction with the Twin Horns. The Tricera spears a target, then reels them back in to be impaled on the Break Horn.

- Tail Fork

Tail Fork: テイルフォーク

The tail armor of the Bio Tricera is divided into two long prongs, thus the name. It doesn't see much use in official media.
