 Tsukamoto is a mercenary from the capital city of the country of Nakato. He favors himself a shinobi, sneaking through the darkness to ambush his opponents, and has been the long-time nemesis of Jin.  [1]

Chapter 5, Fateful Encounter

When Tsukamoto ran into Jin, an old adversary of his, they began a Zoid battle in the dead of night. Jin was all too quick to accept the challenge, but when Midori got involved, Tsukamoto found himself confused at this new Zoid, but recognized Souga's sword as one crafted by Masakuni. Though he was eager to challenge this new opponent the match is interrupted by Jin, who didn't want any risk of injuries. Tsukamoto stayed to attend Princess Sona's meeting regarding the Bio Zoid issue, then escorted her back to the capital to report her findings about a Bio Zoid graveyard she'd discovered in the night.


Chapter 6, The Temple

Tsukamoto followed Midori's trail into a Cursed Forest nobody was said to return from. Along the way he left markers for the Jin Commando Squad as well as a message about what was going on. When he caught up to her, he found her engaged in combat against a number of Baratz Zoids, with one much more dangerous target looming on the roof of a nearby temple: The Shinobi Saix. He immediately jumped into action to fend off the new attacker, until Jin caught up and was able to call off the battle.


Chapter 8, The Final Battle

Tsukamoto joined the final battle with Tobizaru, along with pilots from all across the land who came to fend off the Bio Zoids.

  • Tsukamoto participated in the Zoids Swordsmanship Division (part of a martial arts tournament) in the capital of Nakato, and for three years straight faced off against Jin and his custom Whitz Wolf, the Rez Wolf.

  • Tsukamoto has a stronger alcohol tolerance than Jin.

Tobizaru

 Tsukamoto's Zoid, a modified Hammer Rock named Tobizaru, is equipped with several pieces of 'shinobi' equipment to fit his combat style. It also works in unison with the loyal BLOX Zoid, Eika, who's often used as Tsukamoto's personal messenger to deliver information to and from his employers and key cities.
