- Story Mode Introduction

Story Mode follows a young man named Berg, a member of the Guylos Empire. After joining under the guidance of Ayngang he goes on to complete several missions and begins to realize a corrupted power in the military. Given my poor Japanese skills I don't have a proper guide for this yet, but I'll try to include as many details as I can. For the most part this page is a place holder.

- Different Paths

When you first enter the game you'll encounter Meer, and later be interrogated by Ayngang who asks you if you've seen her around, and some details about her. Supposedly answering correctly about her description will affect the game but I haven't been able to determine exactly how that is.

Similarly, at Mission 5 you'll be asked a question with three potential answers. The answer will lead you to path A, B, or C respectively. You will also receive 'brownie points' for answering questions that make Berettsa happy.

- Game Play

Between each Mission you'll have a main menu. This is where you have the oppertunity to occasionally change Zoids and to speak with the other characters. Speaking with different characters doesn't seem to have a large effect on game play or the results of your game. I've been able to unlock all Zoids and pilots by only speaking to 1-3 characters, but it could be that it changes what weaponry you unlock. I haven't really dabbled in the customization option much.

When you reach this menu the first option is always to go exploring. You can go exploring twice and this will have you encounter 1-3 battles, often ending with one of the 'explore' pilots such as Ost. Playing this usually lets you unlock new equipment. You can only select three options before your next Mission will automatically start. So if you explore both times, you'll only be able to click one more option before the Mission Start.
